  This is my third waldorf Astoria, and as expected did not disappoint me! The entrance is so beautiful, the rooms are incredible clean and that service was on point, so thoughtful and careful while cleaning your room, I loved the balcony and of couse the fireplace! the front desk service was very professional and helpful, I enjoyed the brunch in brass tack and We had a few cocktails in Bernard's which it was fun, also they offer a complimentary ride up to 1 mile for their guest which is a great help if you have kids or just dont want to walk much. I had an incredible weekend!

  We stayed at Waldorf Astoria Chicago for a staycation to celebrate my husband’s birthday and had such a wonderful experience. The front desk staff was absolutely amazing and even surprised us with a room upgrade, which made the stay feel extra special. Our room was beautiful with gorgeous views, and everything felt clean, comfortable, and luxurious. We also had breakfast at the hotel restaurant and it was delicious. The location is perfect — right in the Gold Coast with so many great restaurants and shops nearby. We couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

  Enjoyed an outstanding anniversary getaway at this location. It could not have been more perfect and much of that had to do with the people here. The people at Waldorf Astoria excel at the little things and their attention to detail puts their hospitality in a class by itself. Many thanks in particular to Tamas Vago, the GM, for excellent leadership that sets the tone - but every person we encountered from the concierge service, the people at the front desk, the valet attendants, housekeeping and Alicia and James at the Brass Tack were outstanding. Thank you to the whole team for truly helping us celebrate this anniversary.

  Excellent accueil au restaurant brass Tack de l’hôtel Waldorf Astoria. En ce jour de Saint Valentin ma chérie et moi avons été accueilli avec amour par Shadi et son équipe pour boire un verre et manger un bout. Nicole nous a accueillis a merveille en nous installant à la meilleur table du restaurant près d’une grande fenêtre avec vue sur la ville. Shadi est très accueillant et de très bon conseil le tout avec un sourire chaleureux. Nous y avons bu de très bon cocktail originaux conseillé par ses soins. On a également eu le droit à une petite boîte de chocolat spécial saint Valentin. Le cadre est très agréable, luxueux. Un merci également à Alex pour ses conseils et recommandations pour notre voyage ! Voilà, ce fut une superbe expérience, un moment romantique et humain. Merci.
