  Our stay at the Waldorf Astoria was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and beautifully inviting. This was truly a Sisters Trip to remember. Deandre greeted us with genuine hospitality and surprised us by upgrading our room, which truly elevated our experience. The tree-lighting ceremony at the hotel was an unexpected delight—complete with passed hors d’oeuvres, champagne, and festive carolers. Some of the featured vendors, including Chanel, added an extra touch of luxury to the evening. Logan, the concierge, was an absolute jewel—knowledgeable, gracious, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond by rearranging our evening reservations so we could fully enjoy the ceremony, making our night unforgettable. Mich was equally warm and attentive, adding to the feeling that we were among friends rather than staff. We even found ourselves the next morning missing the simple joy of sitting together by the fireplace and greeting Logan, Mich, and Deandre as we headed out for our daily adventures. Overall, the service, thoughtfulness, and warmth we experienced made this trip truly special. Highly recommend the Waldorf Astoria for anyone looking for a luxurious, memorable, and heartfelt stay.

  Brianna and DeAndre are absolutely spectacular and welcomed us as if we had been long time friends. Additionally, they went above and beyond handling a minor issue with our room at check in. Brianna and DeAndre are the shinning examples of the Waldorf experience! We appreciate them and the entire team in Chicago who display excellence in customer service. Thank you! We will continue to return to this property when visiting the Windy City!

  The Waldorf Astoria was by far the most luxurious hotel I have stayed at thus far. The service was superior, the location was perfect and the rooms were so beautiful. However, fridge didn't work in our room, housekeeping team had to investigate a possible gas leak from the fire place, the toilet ran constantly and there was hair on the bed & bathrobes and some stains on the carpet. Of course things happen in hotels, but at a luxury resort with these prices it is not something to easily look past. Staff was delightful in every way and more than made up for it.

  Our Favorite Hotel in Chicago - Every Time! My family and I visit Chicago several times a year, and we always try to make it a point to stay at the Waldorf Astoria. It’s consistently a standout experience, combining luxury, comfort, and exceptional service in one of the city’s best locations. The staff truly elevate the experience, welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything we need. The personal shuttle service is a huge convenience, making it easy to explore the area without the hassle of parking or rideshares. The spa is a peaceful retreat with top-tier treatments and amenities, and the on-site restaurant, Brass Tack, offers delicious, beautifully presented meals. Our suite was spacious and elegant, with a cozy fireplace and a luxurious marble bathroom. Beyond the exceptional amenities, what truly sets the Waldorf Astoria apart is its remarkable attention to detail and the thoughtful personal touches woven throughout each stay. We’ve celebrated several special occasions here, birthdays, anniversaries, and more, and each time, the staff has gone above and beyond to make those moments unforgettable. Whether it’s a handwritten note, a surprise treat, or simply remembering our preferences, their commitment to creating a personalized experience is what keeps us coming back. Whether we’re in town for business or leisure, the Waldorf always feels like a home away from home.

  Our stay at the Waldorf Astoria Chicago was exceptional in every sense. Tamas and his team created an experience that felt both personal and effortless. They remembered our names, anticipated what we might need, and treated us with quiet attentiveness that never felt performative. Traveling with a seven-month-old often comes with small complications, but the staff made everything feel easy. They helped us look for our daughter’s lost sock, made thoughtful accommodations for her throughout our stay, and ensured our departure was just as smooth as our arrival by loading our car with our belongings so we could enjoy a few more hours in the city without worry. The amenities were impeccable, and my massage was one of the best I’ve had anywhere. More than anything, though, it was the people who set this stay apart. The care, warmth, and attention to detail reflect a culture of genuine hospitality that is rare to find. We’ll be back.
