  Hotel is beautiful and in a great spot downtown. Unfortunately, The prices were high but it was a busy weekend and this hotel was the premier choice for many so it’s understandable. Customer service was outstanding and Alonzo was amazing. Not only does he look exactly like Kevin Durant, he was the “ Easy Money Sniper” when it came to taking care of customers. Easily the star of the staff. Thanks, Holiday Inn!

  Worst hotel I have stayed at when we first checked in the front agent Kevin had asked for a 200 deposit and on Expedia it has no deposit or cash deposit I had asked him if I can give him cash since we drove two hours and I just wanted to relax he said no we don’t accept cash deposit he had lowered it to 100 and he had showed us where to go for our room he didn’t tell us where the pool we had to figure that next was the room our tv wasn’t showing nothing I have pictures we literally had to air play and the check out was horrible looked like a airport never will I stay here again and I better get my deposit because that was not worth my two hour drive

  Stains on both bed and towels. Checked out around 3am on last day due to noise that didn’t allow me to sleep. Door safety hazard hurt my hand. Charged $61 for parking per day and received rude response from parking attendant demanding I get off my vehicle to provide my license plate despite being informed the gate would open automatically whenever needed. Customer service within internal restaurant and front desk was good though.

  Great place to stay if you want to avoid a little of the busy ness of the city. Very easy to get in and out of this location. Hotel staff were above average. Very helpful, friendly and polite. First time in awhile someone recognized IHG rewards status and went out of their way to be accommodating and extra friendly. Hotel has a nice pool, however it was a bit chilly for us. Breakfast, staff and restaurant area were all well above average for a hotel of this class. One nitpick for breakfast, no sanitizer for the buffet. You'd think post-Covid this is something that would have stuck, especially at a medium-end hotel, sanitizer and additional cleanliness measures for food service areas.
