Thoroughly regret this stay….I thought I was booking a place to sleep after driving 6 hours, but apparently this is a rave. Obnoxiously loud thumping music plays until 2am, you could even hear and feel the vibrations. Called guest services and they do not care, please do not book here if you like sleeping….Not a place for children. Wasted my money, wish I had just drove back home… I’d be less tired.

I would like to sincerely thank the entire TheWitt team.
During the holy month of Ramadan, I had to travel for work. I never asked for any special treatment or accommodations. My employer arranged a room with a microwave and a fridge so I could wake up early for Suhoor and reheat food if needed, and I was already very grateful for that.
However, when I arrived in my room, I found that the TheWitt team had thoughtfully prepared dates, honey, and other items for me. Breaking the fast with dates is a meaningful tradition for us during Ramadan. This gesture truly touched me.
Being away from family during Ramadan is never easy, but this thoughtful surprise made my trip incredibly special. It was the highlight of my year so far and made my stay genuinely memorable.
Thank you for going the extra mile and for such exceptional service. It will not be forgotten.

We cancelled our reservation because of illness, 36 hours before the reservation. We were told by Lydia, front end manager that she would cancel the reservation. Upon checking my credit card the following day, we saw that we were in fact charged almost $200.
We called the hotel and spoke to Zachery, who stated the charge would not be cancelled, as a doctors note would be needed to be emailed. WIth HIPPA and privacy concerns, this seems invasive and illegal. Zachery was rude, and hung up on me.
We contacted Hilton and they told us franchisee can do what they want!
We frequent Hilton hotels often, as we are retired. We are very disappointed in the way this hotel treats guests.

I guess I’m disappointed in my room today is my birthday or yesterday was my birthday. I booked a room with a city view. It is featured on their website that they give a city view , it is featured on their website that the rooms come with a hot tub also. It doesn’t say a special room or anything I looked. I couldn’t find it. I booked a room. They charge a mandatory $25 to your card when you arrive.
Very disappointed my room had no view at all. My floor was 1800. And there was no hot tub in the room at all. It was a shower instead.
I think if you’re gonna feature this hotel, you should make sure to let everyone know that it’s not a city view completely around. You must be assigned to certain rooms. You should also inform at the front counter that there is not a hot tub in the room. And every room dose t have a view. You must be assigned to a certain room .
For the price I paid and the mandatory charge a day before you arrive. I’m very very disappointed in this room..
The $25 mandatory charge that they

This was my first time at theWit as a guest. This was Valentine’s Day weekend so the area was extremely congested as there is construction going on. The check in process was quick. The room was simple and modern. Not exactly what I expected from the photos. But it was clean and comfortable. We did not take advantage of the spa or the restaurant but from past experience the rooftop is definitely a vibe. There is no vending machines or a 24hr area where you can purchase drinks or snacks. That was disappointing. My frustration comes in with this place as we got a knock on our door at 2am from security stating they got a complaint that we were loud. It’s only two guests. I went downstairs and spoke with the front desk person name “Marlon” and ask about the noise policy which I had read on the website. The policy states there cannot be more than 4 guests (which it was not). There is no quiet hours. We literally were eating, talking and laughing and somehow got a complaint. The front desk person “Marlon” was rude. This most certainly probably be the first and last time as a guest.
