Customer service was decent overall. However, I did have a somewhat negative interaction when I went to the sauna to inquire about the services. Despite that, the hotel still exudes luxury from the moment you walk in.

The front desk associate, Hanna, was incredibly warm and welcoming. She even went the extra mile by arranging for a bucket of ice to be delivered to our room without us having to ask. We were truly touched by her kindness and care. At the bar, Cesar also provided us with two exceptional experiences — attentive, friendly, and genuine. During this trip, we also stayed at the Conrad and the Waldorf for a couple of nights, but the service at The Langham stood out as the best by far. We’ll definitely be coming back!
