What an unforgettable experience. Visiting The Ledge at Skydeck Chicago was truly something special, especially getting to share it with my daughters. Standing on the glass ledge and looking down at the city is definitely a moment that takes your breath away, but doing it together as a family made it even more meaningful. The staff was professional, the experience was well organized, and everything felt safe and exciting at the same time. You could see how much fun everyone was having — lots of families, smiles, laughter, and memories being made. It’s one of those experiences that you’ll talk about long after you leave. If you’re visiting Chicago or even if you’re local and haven’t done it yet, this is an absolute must. A five-star experience all the way

Highly worth it, it's included in the chicago city pass which I recommend buying in advance because you'll have better access to both the entry and "the ledge" (only for 3 mins for everyone). Make sure to download the city pass app to schedule your arrival (at night the city lights will make the view phenomenal). Plus the guard told me I could stay up there as long as I wanted ( it was in december), so consider taking your time to admire the skyline.

We visited Skydeck Chicago over the weekend and were honestly surprised. The crowd wasn’t heavy at all, and the whole experience felt smooth with no long waits. The views from the 103rd floor are amazing. You get a full view of Lake Michigan and the Chicago downtown skyline, and it’s worth it just for that. The Ledge experience was the highlight. It’s exciting, a bit scary, and a must do if you’re there. We got some great pictures that turned out really well. One downside is the merchandise shop. Prices felt almost double compared to what you’d normally pay, so I’d skip buying souvenirs there. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it. Tip: buy tickets through Groupon or a City Pass. It’s much cheaper than purchasing directly and totally worth it.

Everything was very nice; when you enter, there are many places to take pictures as you go up, where you can enjoy the view and take your photo. The only downside is that they give you only 90 seconds to take the picture. We were a group of 5 people, and when we were about to enter the photo booth, they told us that it had to be just one group photo and that we only had 90 seconds for all 5 of us. That didn't seem fair to me, since each of us bought our ticket for more than $50, and it was very unfair that we only had 90 seconds for 5 people. We complained about it, and they made us leave and get back in line so that they could then put 3 people in one booth and the remaining 2 in another. The normal thing would be that if you paid for your ticket, you should get 90 seconds for each person individually. Otherwise, everything was very nice; the view is impressive.
