Super cool. Its definitely a must visit if you've never been to the city. Awesome views and perspective. I recommend going during the weekday. We didn't have to wait at all and we had plenty of time to read all the information at the displays. Which is fun and educational. Also, once at the top we were able to enjoy our time taking pictures and not having to rush. Ive been told some people wait hours, or it takes hours. Our visit from start to finish was about 45min. Got to see everything and anything we wanted. Once your finished there's great restaurants on the main floor, various types of food and desserts.

You get a $20 parking garage voucher with 12-hour coverage when you purchase a ticket. So, it’s best to plan a day around the area to make the most of the parking voucher. It is very packed on weekends, where you spend most of your time waiting in the lines than enjoying the activities. The museum exhibit is pretty cool with a lot of photo opps. They take one professional photo and sell it for $35. Then they set a timer for one minute to get your own photos on the ledge. Very cool experience, just go when it’s not busy.

Absolutely loved this stop on our visit to this beautiful city! We went at night and the interactive tour before the experience was just the highlights but it gave us a huge sense of how much history, architecture and food is so much importance of your viewing. Even though I was afraid of heights this was a must and I enjoyed the scenes and pics from the top! This was our last stop on our visit and it was the most perfect and clear night to appreciate the night time sky line. You get 90 seconds to be in the booth so make sure you are ready for your poses! A must see in Chicago!

I’ve been wanting to do this sky deck for a few years now. I finally had a fantastic weekend in Chicago in time to fit this in. As you walk down to the basement floors to purchase tickets, there are tons of food options available on the floors that are street level. Tickets were easy to acquire at the kiosk’s, and we made our way straight to the elevators. Let’s talk about the elevators for a second that was a whole experience. As you ascend upward, the elevators give you a unique experience and a small show up to the 103rd floor. After exiting the elevator, you were able to walk around 103rd floor for all of amazing views north south east and west of Chicago. We went on a chilly afternoon, so there was no lying to step out onto the ledge. The employee at the top was super friendly and took pictures with the professional camera for us and then gladly used our cell phone to take more pictures.

I came here at the request of a family member who was visiting Chicago, and on a winter day with temps in the negatives, who was I to decline the suggestion? Tickets are easy to get in the off season and there was no wait to get to the observation deck. There are many photo opportunities on the way up, which I’m sure creates a line in the summer months. The space itself is quite beautiful, providing 360 degree views of the city and lakefront. The Tilt feature is a bit silly, I’m sure kids would have a good time with it, but as an adult, it was a novelty at most. There are many places to get photos and for your photos to be taken. The CloudBar was very fun! There are many themed drinks available, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Overall it was a great experience, although definitely a tourist attraction.
