We had to wait a little over an hour. The stagf provided a small credit for food or beverage. The location itself is great because you walk out to the main Street and your right next to the river. The views are amazing. The issue is parking, but its downtown Chicago; it's expected. You can get valet, however that is very pricey.

We never drink any of the water/coffee that's in the rooms because we do not want to be overcharged. We spent well over $800 dollars for two nights there and they think we're trying to get two bottles of water of out them? If you do book with them, be sure to take pictures of everything before you leave or else they'll try to get one over on you.

The room was clean, cozy, and well maintained. The service was very good, and the atmosphere felt calm and relaxing. I definitely recommend it — plus, it has a restaurant and access to a rooftop with stunning views that’s absolutely worth visiting.
- EAEma AhmidiFeb 11, 20261.0I went to the bar. We were already not allowed to access the rooftop. The entire bar and hallway smelled like weed. I decided to go to the restroom, did what I had to do, and suddenly a woman knocked on my door saying, “YOU KNOW YOU CAN’T SMOKE IN HERE.” I replied, “Yes, okay.” When I came out of the restroom, I saw two people waiting for me. They assumed I had been smoking weed and kicked me out as if I were some kind of delinquent. I do not smoke drugs. I have never smoked drugs. The bartender was also extremely rude — he seemed overwhelmed and took it out on customers. Overall, this place is a complete sham.
