It is a greatly location right on Michigan Ave. It is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Parking is pricey if you park with the hotel but it is convenient. We found our own spot to park and it was not a far walk at all. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice and we had a nice view with a large room. There was a nice bathtub and a walk in shower. We have used the large pool before but didn't make it this time.

Avery helped me to check in, she was kind and helpful, making my experience even better; there is also a convenient Starbucks store by the lobby!!! The view from my room was nice, a beautiful view of Michigan avenue, love it!
- RCR CFeb 12, 20265.0Joint the #Ambassador program was such a great choice. For a small annual fee, we got upgraded on a recent trip to one of their highest floors, with a “3-corner” room with expansive views of the Chicago skyline. Rooms included a separate shower and bath, in a large 5 piece bathroom, and separate sitting area. This was the most attentive front desk staff I’ve ever worked with. As soon as a guest is even 50 feet away, they all stop working, and all 3 made eye contact to show they were focused on the guest as the number one priority. I tried both Michael Jordan’s Restaurant, and the Mexican / Sushi Fusion restaurant — and each exceeded my expectations. So pleased to have joined the Ambassador program, and will be adjusting my future business travel to stay at more of these properties.
