- ZUZero UlvocNov 16, 20255.0I was happy with my stay. I booked the Corner Suite with city views for my birthday and I was not disappointed. I didn't just randomly choose it but I thought about it so many times, comparing rates, views from the rooms and location with other hotels around. The hotel was very comfortable and warm. It will instantly make you feel very at home. It was clean and neat when we came in. The receptionist at the front desk was kind and a happy lady. Views from the front desk alone is so good. The hotel got a warm pool on the 19th floor which is also a great view on the daytime. Parking was easy coz it was just across the hotel, expensive but easy to locate. The hotel is located near mostly everything and the riverwalk is super close. Although the hotel needs improvement like maybe a good pillow or new furnitures, I can't complaint about our stay. It was perfect. My husband who really don't care about staying at hotels told his friend that it was nice there and he rarely comments on anything. lol So yeah I highly recommend this place. A huge shoutout to Jeremiah from the breakfast staff, who was an absolute rockstar! He went above and beyond every morning… offering to close the curtain when he noticed the sun in my husband’s face, sharing great tips, and keeping the dining area immaculate. His attention to detail and genuine kindness truly made our stay exceptional. Highly recommend this hotel for both the comfort and the amazing staff!

That's really a small detail compared to being able to walk ahead on to Michigan Avenue, and the magnificent mile stones throw from the hotel great location.

The rooms were spacious for a city, well suited for families or extended stays. Maybe a little dated but didn't bother us. The staff was very friendly as well. My biggest complaint was the street noise. We heard sirens all night. I am not sure if we got unlucky with our room location. Nonetheless, there is probably not much the hotel can do. I would stay here again though.
