- ZCZach CDec 29, 20254.0There's a lot of food in the area which is nice. I would kill for a 7 eleven or something that had alcohol. The staff here is nice the hotel itself is kind of whatever. The tvs suck and the bath/tub was kind of whatever but if you can get a cheap room it's fine. The staff was very nice and I like free breakfast

Our toilet was broke when we checked in so we were not able to flush it. I reported it the next morning and then I see a charge on my bill. Thinking it was for the toilet and called and they said that it was for smoking. The manager could have cared less and told me to take it up with the credit card company. So my $150 Expedia room ended up being over $600 for one night! Maybe the person who fixed the toilet vaped! Ruined our trip being out that extra $600! And to not be able to prove we didn’t smoke!!! Plus there was no breakfast.

Your "standard" room that clearly shows a king bed and sleeps up to 2 people is ACTUALLY "we put you in whatever we have" but this is only found when you click further into room details. PARKING IS $30 PER NIGHT!!! Again, when filling out the reservation you have to go to the very bottom of the page and click on "additional charges" to find out about this! Normally I'm perfectly happy with Holiday inn Express but after this OBVIOUS hiding of NECESSARY information I will be reconsidering using any of them again.
- JGJon GNov 30, 20255.0I have nothing but good things to say on our stay here. 28th-30th. Got there around 11 something pm Friday after a comedy show. Barbara was at the front and greeted us with a warm SMILE. We all made small talk and she made us feel like we all knew each other for years. She's definitely an employee I'm glad Holiday Inn chose to hire. She convinced me that I will choose this location again. So glad that I chose this location and even more happy I checked in when I did, because I might have missed her. She definitely made our stay that much more enjoyable.
