- VAVicky Acevedo.Dec 26, 20253.0The room was clean. The room was colder at night, the heat wasn't sufficient. There was about an inch and 1/2 gap at the bottom of my door to the hallway. The room door wouldn't close totally on its own, had to be pulled shut. Both the gap and the door not shutting I was told would be fixed but maintenance didn't return. Housekeeping made the bed and gave extra towels only on the 1st day. After that, even though I asked, no towels and no bed made. Breakfast was ok but it was the same every day, unlike other HIE's I've stayed in before. I didn't try to eat the sausage as it looked undercooked. Yes the rooms are small but comfortable.
