  Excelente hotel para recorrer la ciudad de Chicago ya sea por vacaciones o trabajo, la ubicación es excelente, el personal del hotel muy amable, el desayuno cumple perfectamente, y las habitaciones son pequeñas pero cómodas.

  My daughter and I stayed here 02/15/26 - 02/20/26 our flight landed early and first day itself i believe front desk her name is Valerie checked us in and got us a room right away. Upon entering the room I mistakenly got a king bed instead of a double queen...she fixed it right away. That right there set the tone for our amazing stay at the hotel and Chicago. Although we did not partake in the complimentary breakfast but there was coffee and hot chocolate avaible 24hrs. Only thing weird is there was no fridge or microwave in the room but it wasnt a big deal since it was cold we kept our drinks by the window lol. There was always fresh linens and towels. Also the location is prime location everything needed was in walking distance. Day before our last day I requested if we could check out a little later since our flight home was 6pm and did not mind paying more the front desk lady said it was no problem we could check out at 2pm. Amazing staff from Front Desk, Door guy and house keeping staff solid service 👏 🙌 definitively my new spot when I visit Chicago again in Summer/Fall. Thank you all!

  Great breakfast the best continental we've ever had- omg thr cinnamon rolls ❤️. Rooms....no electric plug in the bathroom , no plug near the coffee maker had to move it to a plug- odd. Parking QR code should be sent prior to check in vs having to go in and ask about it. Rooms ok clean need to work on cleaning outside windows, upper light and details in the bathroom.

  The hotel location is actually pretty good. It is close to plenty of food options and some shopping, although staying about five to eight blocks farther south puts you closer to the main shopping area and the more central part of downtown. The building is a historic hotel, which sounds interesting at first, but it also means the building is extremely old and you can definitely tell. The rooms are very small. Ours only had one nightstand. The TV was mounted on the wall with nothing underneath it. There was a desk, a small beverage center, and a bench. There were no coat racks or hooks anywhere on the walls. There was a closet with a tiny nightstand inside for drawers, but it was blocked by the one nightstand in the room so it was not very usable. The flooring is laminate wood, which made footsteps loud and the floor cold, especially during the winter. The heater gave off a really bad smell whenever it ran for more than fifteen minutes, so at night we avoided using it because the odor was too strong. The bed was soft, which was nice, but there were some baked in stains on a few pillowcases and towels. The noise was one of the biggest issues. There was a banging sound above us that we could not figure out. It honestly sounded like someone knocking over a piece of furniture every fifteen to twenty minutes. It kept happening repeatedly. I even have a video of the noise because it was so strange. There was also random trash left in the hallways. We let the front desk know before we headed out for a few hours and when we returned it was still there. Overall, the room itself was mostly clean and the breakfast spread was pretty good. However, this did not feel like the usual Holiday Inn Express experience we are used to. The age of the building might be the reason why. Personally, I would skip this hotel and look at the many other options nearby that are more updated, offer more space, and are not much higher in price.
