I stay at this property pretty frequently as a flight crew commuter and an IHG platinum and thy always treat me so well. The van driver always gives me a friendly familiar hi, and the front desk clerk, Allison, even remembered me by name! The location is great with easy access to the Cumberland L stop for going into the city, and I appreciate having a microwave in every room. Some dated fixtures could use updating, but this property keeps me coming back, and I appreciate the service.

Used this hotel when I had flights from ORD. The rooms are long overdue for the renovation, but they are keeping them clean. Soundproofing leaves too much to be desired. There is a complimentary breakfast which is like any other. The main attraction is the airport shuttle, which follows a schedule which is on display at the front desk. The parking is free at this hotel.

Smaller Spanish girl was really helpful and nice. Other tall black lady not so much and had attitude answering questions even to her co worker. Been there a few times or more and it’s really hit or miss on the rooms. Some are better than others and hallways are sometimes cleaner than other times. Water pressure not great but water is hot. Great for parking to go to the airport. I like the location is mostly why I keep returning and pricing isn’t bad most times.

Rooms were pretty dated but still in pretty good condition, stayed here overnight waiting for a convention to happen the next day and needed a cheaper place. The service was excellent, letting us get checked in at 10am after a sleepless night and flight, but the location is horrible. CTA station is nearby but don't expect to get there easily, it's a hike through a very busy road, then you have to walk on the pavement to even get near the station, and this was in the snow and nothing was plowed, salted, or shoveled. But a well deserved sleep was earned and very much appreciated.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! Had our vehicle stolen while we did the park and fly and there are no security cameras!!!! They hold 0 responsibility for your vehicle while you leave it there even though you are paying for that service. Negligence. Edit: Yes. We understand that it is the owners "risk" however, you take our license plate and state that security walks the lot nightly but upon our return no one had any idea that it had been stolen.
