We rented a conference room for a day. The room was good though it could use some additional outlet access. Our package included breakfast, box lunches and an afternoon snack. The food was good, ready when requested and fairly priced. We’d come back for next year’s presentation.

The rooms were clean and service excellent, but if you are sensitive to noise, there was an issue with their fire alarm system emitting a constant low click throughout the building while I was staying. The staff were very apologetic and gracious about it and I was able to ignore it with a white noise app, but it was in every room I believe, so just a heads-up. Hopefully the issue is resolved soon, in which case I'd happily rate it higher.

The hotel is very nice. I just had a room that was facing a busy street so it was very loud at night to sleep, but I will stay there again and I will ask for a room on the other side of the hotel nice people and the workers were great very nice

Hotel is old, not very clean. Few long black hair has been found on our towels , bed and generally in the room. USB charging ports and regular plug in between the beds are not working. Also there is weird issue with breakfast, while booking we always choose “breakfast included”, in this hotel when you go to breakfast you have to pay additional 15$ breakfast fee. Next morning after arrival we claimed to receptionist that our breakfast should be included to the hotel price we paid, and woman at the reception desk provided us with coupons for free breakfast. Normally it should be done while check in .
