This is a nice hotel in a great location. Right by the Riverwalk, and steps to Michigan Ave and the Magnificent Mile. Service was top notch.
The restaurant was closed for renovations while we were there, which was unfortunate. Had we known, we would have stayed next door in the Hampton Inn.
Room was pretty small compared to most Garden Inns we’ve been in, which makes sense due to the location.

I am very disappointed in booking this hotel when I have so many choices. As a Diamond member I expect to be able to take advantage of breakfast in the morning or even a drink at the bar at night when I arrived the dust staff said that it’s closed for renovations, which doesn’t make any sense considering the feedback from the past three or four months has been that it’s sporadically open whether or through a problem in the kitchen whether through staff and now it’s construction. I am going to contact Hilton hotels because if this was a once in a lifetime situation, I understand but it’s been going on for months and months. I would’ve preferred to stay at the Hampton Inn right next-door. At least I would get breakfast in the morning I get a $10 credit instead of breakfast and the hotel staff said you can choose from the pantry. It’s the only thing that’s open and there was very few things that I could even choose.

Wonderful stay here and excellent service provided, especially by Monica and William. I had a frustrating experience while in town with a moving company and they counteracted some of my stress by just being lovely to talk to and so friendly and warm! I was impressed with the staff and would definitely stay here again!

The rooms are comfortable, albeit a little small. There are only 8 rooms per level, with 24 floors. Fitness room on the lower level. No breakfast on-site, but there is a mini fridge in the room. Parking is valet only and $70/night. I know it's downtown Chicago, but still seems overpriced. On the plus side, the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Excellent hotel in the heart of the Michigan Ave district. Within easy walking distance of the art institute, the river walk and shops and restaurants on Michigan Ave. Staff was fantastic and kind. Extra kudos to the car valet who spotted the phone we accidentally left in the car and grabbed it for us!
Hotel is clean and comfortable. Our room on the 20th floor had a great view of the river. Only complaint was traffic noise, but that is not the fault of the hotel.
