Absolutely loved it. Room service was amazing. Location is perfect. Very clean respectful staff. Shout out to William, I believe that’s his name. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was nothing but perfect. I think he’s in a manager position. And if not then he most definitely should be. All in all, great experience and we will be using this hotel for future visits for Bears games!

Bon hotel, localisation parfaite.

I stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn for 5 days (Sun-Thurs) because the brand promises an on-site restaurant. It was a key reason I picked this place over other Hilton Brands such as the Hampton Inn next door. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for my ENTIRE stay, for both breakfast and dinner. This wasn't a one day problem it was ongoing and completely elimited a major amenity I expected. What made it worse was the lack of alternatives or creativity from staff. No partner restaurants or suggestions, no sister HIlton options, not even a simple gesture like making coffee and providing muffins, donuts and bagels in the morning! Even a Motel 6 would have muffins. I raised the issue every day with staff, but the only response was "Try tomorrow." For a Hilton Garden Inn this is a big miss.

The staff member who checked me in was excellent—friendly, professional, and efficient. The room was also great. However, when I came down for breakfast the next morning, I was very disappointed to find the restaurant completely closed with no alternative options offered for breakfast or even coffee.
One of the main reasons I stay at Hilton Garden Inns is the ability to enjoy a quality breakfast on-site—it’s a core part of the brand’s promise and a basic expectation beyond a comfortable room. I don’t understand how management can consider this acceptable without notifying guests at check-in or providing substitute options.
This is not the level of quality or consistency I expect from Hilton, and it left a poor impression after an otherwise pleasant check-in experience.

Great location and decent rooms with nice staff. The main issue is that I stayed here and was rudely woken up every day to protestors outside the hotel in the early morning hours during our whole stay. They have loud megaphones and when I questioned them I was given a flyer explaining the situation. Apparently the workers want to be unionized but the Hilton refuses to do so. I stayed here during an apartment search and now live 2 blocks south and still hear the constant disturbance of the megaphone several months later. I am not a political person and am indifferent to unionization, but this level of disturbance both during my stay and also living in close proximity is very disturbing. I would never recommend a family or friend to stay here despite the great location for out of town guests. I have attached the flyer I received you so you can view for yourself. I spent good money to stay in what appears to be a luxury hotel but what does that matter if I am enduring hours upon hours of loud noise and disturbance. Buyer beware and with so many other hotel options near by, I would look elsewhere. This is downright ridiculous considering almost all Chicago hotels are unionized. When I complained that we couldn't rest, the hotel couldn't care less. I spent $1200 and really would have rather slept in my car in peace and quiet. Again, buyer beware and see attached flyer for more info.
