    This hotel charges me a valet parking that I never needed. We dispute the charge since the hotel was negligent to solve the problem. They did not paid to the bank so I ended paying $143 for a valet parking I never used. The hotel started telling me it was my Daugther driving the car. My Daugther had nothing to do with the night since she lives in Texas and she did not even knew I was at the hotel. I went with 3 more friends and arrived via Uber. This is a fraudulent procedure they never solve and they can be doing it to other customers. There were fights at night during our stay there. African American couples fighting with bottles of wine, putting our life’s at risk.

    Booked this hotel for my birthday weekend and it was not what I expected at all. I mainly booked this hotel for the indoor pool and as you can see in the pictures it looks like a very nice indoor pool, that is not true. Its less than 4ft deep and it is super small. I also called housekeeping for more towels to my room no one ever brought towels. The lady at the front desk was very rude. They charge an overpriced deposit of $100 per night that they dont mention at all before being charged. And on top of all of that they took 45 minutes to check me in, terrible service. The only good thing is the location other than that this place is falsely advertised online and highly unprofessional. Dont waste your money here

    At first it seemed like a nice hotel, good location but upon entering the room it was freezing cold. The heater did not work whatsoever and there was no blanket In the room at all. With it being winter I’d expect some better attention to the heating system. And never in my life have I stayed in a hotel room without a single blanket. I would not recommend this hotel nor will I be returning. Waste of money for a very cold night.

    I stayed at this hotel back in October 17, 2025. room Seemed pretty clean until I seen a few roaches. I contacted management. They came up took pictures of the roaches and offered me a free night stay. Since I booked through a third-party site, she said she couldn’t give me a free night stay but would give me enough Hilton honor points for a free night stay she offered me 3000 points which is nowhere near enough points for a free night stay. you need at least 35,000 points for a free night stay. she told me 3000 points was enough for a free night stay. She lied to me and refused to accommodate me any further, after I realized how many points were needed for a free night stay .That was a terrible experience and terrible customer service.. I will search my iCloud and find the pictures and post them in the next coming days

    The rooms are clean and we loved the fact that there was no carpet the beds are comfortable there is also gym and pool no issues there .The only thing we found a bit off was no ice machines on our floor we were on the 25th and had to go down to the 10th for ice also the bar down stairs was ok didn't have much of a variety as far as breakfast we didn't get to experience eating there . We loved the location right next to the Magnificent Mile plenty of restaurants and shopping to walk too .Parking as always very expensive we had valet and it was $71 a nite come and go has you please all day... the garage in front of the hotel was $55 per nite but once you left you had to pay again to enter ...We went with valet .
