I’ve had a great experience which began as soon as I walked into the stunning lobby. Then when I registered, Carsawa H was absolutely amazing. I value positive interactions with people and she went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.
My room is clean, spacious, I have a great view. I had to take away a star and the only reason is the lighting in the bathroom. It’s not good. Other than that, my stay has been perfect!

Beautiful vintage property. So much history. Very friendly staff plenty of elevators. The Irish pub has nice folks but skip the Italian beef(it was giving unseasoned and dry). There are no microwaves in the room. Location is amazing and the 720 lounge is great.

Average hotel!! Very busy but not much of a wait. They have the famous ballroom that you see in several movies. Their restaurant doesn't open until 4pm daily so if you want to eat you will have to go elsewhere. They do have a grab and go cafe with Starbucks coffee.

Kelsie was a great addition to my stay here at the hotel and the city of Chicago in general. She booked me great seat at the United Center for a Bulls game. She also arranged various jazz, comedy clubs and eateries to solicit. Thank you Kelsie. Glad to make your acquaintance and wish you every happiness. ❤️

This January, I stayed at this hotel for the second time in a few years. While the location is pretty good, the pool is great, and the room was a nice size (I had a corner room), I did not appreciate the salesmen they had staked out in the lobby by the elevators. It is one thing to have a desk set up or an office where people can talk with salespeople to earn points if they desire, but this felt very invasive and like we were being hounded. We couldn't exit the elevator without running into sales people wanting to talk to us. They were always very polite, but it felt cheap and didn't allow us to fully relax like we wanted to. Hilton (as a company) should know better.
