The hotel is located at a great location. The elevators are old, though, and take a while. Ice stations are located on alternate floors and no microwaves in the rooms.

The only healthy breakfast option was over ripe bananas. Outside of this problem, our stay was perfect. Great location. Small, but adequate fitness center. Friendly staff. Quiet, clean room.

Great location to be able to walk to most anywhere...eating, shopping, etc. One flaw would be only having 3 elevators, 2 which only held roughly 6 people comfortably, and the 3rd was bigger but didn't work most of our trip. With 18+floors, it took some time to navigate floors. Robyn at check-in was fantastic, and valet was very friendly and helpful. The morning Breakfast was ok, a bit crowded for the area, but having coffee 24/7 was 5 🌟 in our book. We would definitely consider staying here in the future.

Thr check in time isn't until 4 so if you arrive before then you will likely have to wait. Otherwise, things went well. The rooms are good size. I believe this hotel used to be an office building several years ago before converted. Location is central Loop in the Theater District. Beds are comfortable. All in all, I would recommend it.

Our room was very clean and spacious. Location is great (right next to the Palmer House, so it’s easy to walk over there and enjoy the bar and Christmas decorations). Valet was easy and not much more expensive than nearby ramps ($65/night). Staff were helpful and attentive. We picked this hotel because it was one of the cheapest options in the location ($120/night for a 2 queen room) but were pleasantly surprised by how nice everything was! Will definitely return and would recommend if you’re looking to stay downtown.
