Stayed at this hotel right in the heart of The Loop, and the location couldn’t have been better—everything was within easy walking distance or a quick ride away. What really stood out was the manager; incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. The room was spacious, with a noticeably high ceiling that gave it an open, airy feel—much more generous than most hotels in the area. The complimentary breakfast was solid, on par with what you’d expect from similar properties nearby. Highly recommend for anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and great service in downtown Chicago!

Needed a place to stay close to the Hot Chocolate run this weekend. The staff was super helpful. Rooms were clean and neat with nice amenities. The location was great walking distance to everything we needed and wanted to do in downtown Chicago. Daily warm breakfast was abundant and tasty.

I originally I was going to give this review 5 stars as my stay was great, I booked this hotel as I do not drive and would be relying on the trains / Ubers. I stayed here from Oct 16 to 19th The hotel is beautiful as well as the hotel room, which was spacious and clean. The hotel offers a free breakfast which is a great perk in the middle of the loop, the breakfast was a good variety of hot and cold food. Ii However where the hotel lost the 5 star review was when I checked out virtually and looked at my bill as I was in my Uber on the way to the airport noticed I had a $65 USD ($91 CAD) charge for Valet on my bill which I did not use the Valet as I did not have a vehicle, I reached out to the chat service immediately to flag the concern. They told me they were going to have their manager review and get back to me, two days later I did not hear back. I called the hotel directly and spoke to the manager at the time and he advised me they would look into it and call me back, two more days passed by and no one called me back. I decided to call back again and I spoke to a lovely lady named Robin who advised the valet is a third party company and they cannot refund the charge and that they have proof that I checked a vehicle in to the Valet using my last name, first initial and room number, no one other than myself and my partner knew what room I was staying in. I disputed this and they advised the manager of the hotel and the manager of the valet would review surveillance footage and other files and get back to me within a few days. An entire week passed by and no one had called me back, I called the hotel yet again and spoke to Robin again and she again advised me the hotel cannot refund me (yet they are the ones who charged me). I had asked if they had any update on my investigation and she knew nothing on what was going on regarding my refund. She offered me to speak to the valet about the charge and transfered me to them, I spoke to them and gave them my name and room number I stayed in... They said they would talk to the front desk and someone would call me back.. I have very little faith anyone is going to call me back This is very frustrating and I shouldn't have to fight for a refund on a service I did not use but was charged for. I've now spoken to someone at the front desk 4 times and no one has called me back. Check your hotel receipt when you check out to ensure your not charged by invalid charges. *** Update - I've since gotten a refund back for the Valet. Thank you Michael.

The initial service I received from a young man working the front desk on Mondays and Tuesdays was exceptional. He was helpful over the phone, helped me when I was a little lost in downtown, and helped me make my reservation over the phone - based on rates I was seeing on the internet. The reason I can't give a 5 stars review for service, however, is that upon check out I learned the room charges were higher than what I thought I booked. I am pretty certain I discussed the room rate over the phone while booking. My mistake was not fully reading the confirmation email which showed the room rate was higher on day one, and even higher yet on day 2. Additionally the taxes and city fees were higher than what was quoted online. My final bill was about $150 higher than I expected it would be. LESSON LEARNED HERE IS BE SURE TO CHECK THE EMAIL CONFIRMATION THAT EVERYTHING IS AS YOU BELIEVE IT SHOULD BE. The staff at check out were unwilling to change my bill, and just said there was nothing they could do. The location was great, the free breakfast was also very good, and I appreciated that it was available until 10 AM. The Valets were very very kind, quick, patient, and all around good people. I would like to thank Admon in particular, for assisting us for two days and retrieving our car when we forgot an umbrella and decent walking shoes in the car, and for assisting us at check out. All of the valets were helpful gentlemen.
