With 18+floors, it took some time to navigate floors. Robyn at check-in was fantastic, and valet was very friendly and helpful. The morning Breakfast was ok, a bit crowded for the area, but having coffee 24/7 was 5 🌟 in our book. We would definitely consider staying here in the future.

I believe this hotel used to be an office building several years ago before converted. Location is central Loop in the Theater District. Beds are comfortable. All in all, I would recommend it.
- VSVivian ShanleyDec 27, 20255.0Our room was very clean and spacious. Location is great (right next to the Palmer House, so it’s easy to walk over there and enjoy the bar and Christmas decorations). Valet was easy and not much more expensive than nearby ramps ($65/night). Staff were helpful and attentive. We picked this hotel because it was one of the cheapest options in the location ($120/night for a 2 queen room) but were pleasantly surprised by how nice everything was! Will definitely return and would recommend if you’re looking to stay downtown.
