    Extremely disappointed comforter and bed sheets had blood stains and other yellow stains .... I paid 155$ for 10 hours just to stay awake.... When I complain the receptionist said he's sorry 😂

    The staff who I was able to get sense of were quite wonderful. Nellie was definitely a standout in kindness, professionalism and overall made entire experience more meaningful and enjoyable.

    I would give it a 5 if it were not for the smell in the hallway. I don't know if it's possible to enforce a no smoking rule but I would have liked it better if they could.

    This was one of the worst hotels or should I say motel I've ever stayed in. Firstly I was told over the phone that there was no deposit fee but when I came in person to check in there was a fee a attached to my bill( it wouldn't be a problem if they were honest up front). Secondly the pictures are absolutely better than the actual room no lie the rooms are super small especially for 150 a night, also the elevators are super tiny about a good 3 ppl could fit comfortably and not to mention how long it takes to arrive per floor. Thirdly the parking sucks and is fcfs but they take the money off your card per night based on how many nights you stay and even if you cant find a parking in their lot they keep your money(huge ripoff). The staff was barely seen and there was no turn down service or anything and the TV in our room didnt work so we spent the entire weekend with no TV although the room was suppose to be equipped with everything working. The pool was ok definitely not the best looking or the warmest. The only great thing about this hotel was the skydeck scenery by the pool. I would'nt even recommend this hotel to a struggling family. My daughter hated that we stayed at this place for her sweet 16, however I am more aware for the future to never return. I am so glad our stay is over and that is the best part of this trip!

    I have stayed in this hotel 7 nights in the past 3 years, and every stay has been exceptional. This hotel is my #1 choice on days when I have to get to work early and don't feel like commuting in the morning. This hotel always has some of the best rates in the area and is in a great location for me. Not to mention, the Best Western rewards program has a great points per dollar rate. I have stayed in the 1 King Bed (5 times), 2 Double Beds (1 time), and the Suite-2 Double Beds (1 time). Every time, the rooms are clean and well stocked. I don't need a fancy hotel with crazy amentities that I wont use when I stay the night before work, and this hotel is perfect for that. It has all the essentials you need for a nights stay. Yes, this is an old hotel, but the furnature looks fairly new and the older parts of the rooms have been kept up well. The front desk staff and general manager have been nothing but nice and helpful to me every time I stay here and/or need something. Looking forward to my next stay in a couple of days!
