Working ac/heat unit. Convenient for food and other shopping necessities. You do have to pay for parking, which is really simple, typically 50 a night.

There was no security at all, and the lobby was openly accessible to people who were clearly not guests. Some appeared unstable, intoxicated, and possibly using drugs, which made the environment feel unsafe and frightening, especially for families with children. During our stay, my child’s backpack was stolen inside the hotel. This should never happen in a place that claims to care about guest safety. What made the situation even worse was the manager’s response. Management refused to take any responsibility, showed no concern, and offered no real help or apology. Allowing unsafe individuals to freely enter the lobby and then ignoring a serious theft shows a complete lack of care for guest safety. This hotel is not secure, not family-friendly, and not worth the risk. I strongly advise others to stay away.

The employees were nice, but if you need something related to your room you have to go to front desk yourself. Im not sure if they’re going through transition or not, but I had to go outside to connect to my room. The hallway and stairway smelled and I couldn’t turn off the heat when it got too hot, only could lower temp. My toilet wouldn’t flush fully and the room just looked like it needed new furniture. The only thing that I did enjoy was my bed was comfortable and it’s surrounded by plenty of stores and restaurants. They were kind enough to hold my amazon package and let me check out at 12. They also have a rooftop that shows a beautiful view of the city so it really depends on your comfort level but it was decent for the price.

The rates are very cheap, half of those across the street at roughly 100 a weeknight downtown. Friendliest staff I've ever seen. The people who run the place are real Christians, not performative. As a former boarding house operator, it brings a tear to my eye. Everything about this place is done exactly the right way.

Went for a show at the house of blues and it was a very easy walk from the hotel. Jordan took great care of us! He made us feel like a friend was taking care of us! The pool was warm and we were the only ones swimming! It was an all over amazing experience! We will be back!!!!!
