Location is the only upside to those hotel - and thr Anne Sathers Cinnamon Rolls. Judgemental and rude front desk (mainly morning) amd a complete waste of hoir money and time. Photos, additional evidence, and tickets - to come. I tried to have sympathy for you, Anna. I was kicked out of this hotel unlawfully and illegally - middle of the night - with zero assistance despite staff being aware of my critical medical health conditions. You cannot get an updated room without mold, clean air flow and a bathtub - Free breakfast purchased from Aldi and produce and dairy is left out all week. This place is a disgrace to east lakeview, Chicago.

Photos Service depends on the shift Mold in all rooms and having to move multiple times. Great location and a few good things here but I shouldn’t have to move rooms 3 times to get what is advertised - regardless of my personal situation You are paying for location - period. The photos below were after it was “approved of no mold” and there were 2 hours to clean it.

Great location but hotel is not as advertised- unless you complain and move multiple times - in a week! I merely asked for a bathtub, no mold and proper airflow- you cant get all 3, apparently. Book online - its cheaper than the rewards members - even with extended stat. Most staff is absolutely amazing and work extremely hard - but there are a few that are ruining it for the rest of them. Faulty electric, but they warn you about that in the fine print. Lock up ALL of your belongings - even your conditioner. Carlos, Maryanne, Esmerelda, Rosio, and most front desk - AND A FEW OTHERS - YOU ROCK. Anna and Rhonda should be fired. Period. Versey down the block is a lot cheaper and worth your time and money.

I really enjoyed this stay so much, they came in clutch for my last minute 3 day stay and were very polite and accommodating. I felt welcomed and would stay here again.

The room was very clean, but every time we entered, it had a musty, basement smell. We would open the windows (nice- most hotels you can't), which helped. But in the following days, same odor. Our clothes smelled of the odor and we had to wash everything when we got home. I did mention it to the front desk upon departing. The holder in the shower that held the shampoo was broken, but that was a minor thing. The bathroom was spacious with double sinks and we liked that there were hooks on the wall to hang toiletry bags and towels. The bed, pillows, and couch were very comfortable, and we appreciated the extra two pillows in the wardrobe. All appliances in the kitchen worked great. Our room was on the front side above the street, so it was rather loud starting at 7:30 am. The location of this place is perfect if you are visiting folks in Lakeside East (which we were). We walked to the lake, and to restaurants and bars. Parking ended up costing $40/day. There is no maid service for short stays, so you have to go to the front desk if you need something. The staff seemed like they were just doing their job, and were not overly friendly or bubbly in the least. But they were efficient. It was rather pricey, with weekends double the price as during the week. Our two-night visit with parking was $1085. The price per night varies wildly depending on what is going on in the area.
