You cannot get an updated room without mold, clean air flow and a bathtub - Free breakfast purchased from Aldi and produce and dairy is left out all week. This place is a disgrace to east lakeview, Chicago.

I merely asked for a bathtub, no mold and proper airflow- you cant get all 3, apparently. Book online - its cheaper than the rewards members - even with extended stat. Most staff is absolutely amazing and work extremely hard - but there are a few that are ruining it for the rest of them. Faulty electric, but they warn you about that in the fine print. Lock up ALL of your belongings - even your conditioner. Carlos, Maryanne, Esmerelda, Rosio, and most front desk - AND A FEW OTHERS - YOU ROCK. Anna and Rhonda should be fired. Period. Versey down the block is a lot cheaper and worth your time and money.
