top Lage und das Personal an der Rezeption wie auch im Restaurant war ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, eines der nettesten Teams, die ich auf meiner Reise erlebt habe.
Ich hatte ein rollstuhlgerechtes Zimmer, was leider nicht ganz meinen persönlichen Vorstellungen entsprach, mit automatischen Türen und einer entsprechend angepassten Dusche. Zusätzlich war das Zimmer sehr ringhörig, man hörte Gespräche aus den Nachbarzimmern sowie Geräusche der Leitungen, was wohl auch daran liegt, dass das Gebäude älter ist. Man merkt jedoch, dass im Rahmen des Möglichen das Beste daraus gemacht wurde.
Die Zimmerreinigung dürfte insgesamt noch etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit erhalten, hier gäbe es noch Verbesserungspotenzial. Trotz dieser Punkte habe ich mich dank der Lage und des sehr freundlichen Personals grundsätzlich wohlgefühlt.

We really enjoyed our stay at Arlo Chicago. The dining area was beautiful and had a great atmosphere, and the overall building felt very secure, which made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the space had a romantic vibe that made it perfect for a getaway.
The only downside was the parking situation the arrangements could definitely use some improvement and clearer options for guests. Aside from that, it was a lovely experience and we would absolutely consider staying here again.

10/10 experience, I have stayed at 6 different hotels in chicago this year during my travels and I have to say this was by far my best experience. The room was clean, renovated, and stocked. Concierge was exceptional - was able to reach them text or call 24/7. Even the night staff catered to my guest in the lobby. Ms Yvonne was amazing; she made me feel right at home. The entire staff had amazing attitudes and exceptional customer service, from Nikayla who checked us in to Holden who checked us out. Ms Sonya, Tyler, and Tony were absolutely amazing and warm with our bags and any questions we posed. I wish I would have tried “About Last Knife” during my stay but will save it for next. This will likely be my preferred stay moving forward. Thank you Arlo!
I had to reschedule my stay due to a death in my family and notified the hotel as soon as possible. I was told someone would follow up regarding a reschedule or refund, but that never happened.
I called multiple times and was repeatedly told management would reach out, yet I never received a call, email, or any resolution. No reschedule date was offered and no refund was provided.
I understand that policies exist, but the complete lack of communication and follow-through—especially given the circumstances—was extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel.

Antoine, Ali, and Bryson provided an exceptional welcome upon our arrival, making us feel at home. They went above and beyond to ensure an extraordinary experience.
The room, while modestly sized for a boutique hotel, was exceptionally comfortable, with a bed that provided a luxurious sleeping experience. Despite our brief stay of only one day, my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. As out-of-towners, we were particularly impressed by the exceptional encounter.
Upon our return, we intend to exclusively stay at Arlo Chicago, and Ali, Bryson, and Antoine are the primary reasons for this decision. I highly recommend booking your stay today. If I could bestow more than five stars, I would.
