  Staff members are shady!!! My item was stolen at this point ! No one from the Arlo hotel has yet to reach out to me In regards to this matter. I’ve been trying to get some type of communications since Sunday. I was told I will get a call back from staff member Holden. Who is more concerned about people giving them a high score versus actually assisting and helping customers.

  I spent one night at this hotel with my wife in February. We got a great rate for a Monday night. Found the location to be fabulous right in the heart of Michigan Avenue. Check in and check out were easy. The hotel looks to be recently renovated. The room was a good size for downtown Chicago. We were pleased to see no carpeting as that tends to be dirty. Excellent bed and shower. The employees Holden, Ali, and Tyler were quite friendly and helpful.

  The Arlo is a small boutique hotel on Chicago’s Michigan Ave. The location is great, the hotel is clean and modern, and the rates are reasonable. But what really makes it special is the staff. They’re very kind and helpful. Holden was the person who welcomed me on my first day, and he set a great tone for the rest of my stay. I have stayed at The Arlo before, and it will remain my first choice in the city.

  It's hard to beat the Arlo on location if you're visiting downtown Chicago. We wanted something close to the Chicago Theater, but it put is in a short walking distance to everything else we were looking to do for the weekend, and even a couple of thing we hadn't planned. The service was excellent - props to Antoine and Holden for taking good care of us. Our room was small, but full of amenities and everything was in great shape. It's definitely on the list for a return trip.

  Over this past weekend I enjoyed the most important weekend of my life so far! The amazing management staff here allowed me and my wife to have our wedding ceremony here. The wedding was super last minute and there was much planning because my wife was graduating basic training from the Great Lakes Navel academy. We only had two days to actually be with each other before she went to her training. Everyone here from the staff at the front desk being very helpful, amazing, polite and professional! I can’t thank the 2 young ladies at the front desk who went the extra mile by decorating our room for the wedding night🥰. From the amazing restaurant staff throughout the whole day and night some of the best customer service I have had at a bar or restaurant. Loved getting to talk with them, great at their jobs! To the fantastic cooks in the back that I never seen but tastes their foods. Some of the best food I’ve had while I was in Chicago, hands down the best hotel restaurant food I have ever ate! Thank you guys/girls for feeling my belly with greatness! To the fellas that helped with luggage or whatever you might ask them, some of the friendliest guys I have met! And even the maintenance man was extremely nice and polite! Hands down the best experience I have had at a hotel from the great food, to the amazing interactions, and just the all around cleanliness of this hotel! They allowed us to have the ceremony in the beautiful lobby and were super respectful of the whole event and I am so grateful yall allowed us to do so! It was perfect for us because everything was so last minute but the lobby has an incredible atmosphere with a bookshelf backdrop that was perfect since my wife loves to read! Thank you again for the whole experience I will be recommending this hotel to anyone going to Chicago and I can’t wait to come back here when we decided to vacation to Chicago once again! You guys (staff) (management) truly helped me have the most magical and meaningful experience of my life and I thank you from the bottom of my heart and so does my Wife and our family’s.
