I wanted to share some of my thoughts with this hotel. When I first walked in I was quite surprised with how they have a decently sized restaurant. Although I wanted to say do not ever go here. Me and my family will not be coming back. We booked for a room with two queen beds and only got 1 and a pull out couch. This was a family vacation so ofc we did not have enough room. We had to call down to the front desk and have them escort us a twin bed. The pool is nothing like the pictures. It have wires hanging from the ceiling which is a safety hazard. Went down to get coffee and didn’t even have coffee cups. I thought there was a turd on the floor in the pool. The deck is nothing well designed as it was in the pictures. The elevator is the smallest thing I have ever been in. Please for your sake do not go here. It is so bad. The pictures were obviously photo shopped. They look ai. This place was absolutely horrible. We should have gotten a free night because we played for two queen beds we should get two queen beds. They only gave us 7,000 points in return for our horrible stay. And btw, under this review it is asking me how I would deceive this hotel and it only have me good options. NUN OF THEM ARE IT.

Price was good for a busy weekend. Located conveniently near plenty of restaurants and shopping places. However, I am very disappointed that my one year old child found a chewed up sucker stick and a random pill within the first hour of being in our room. We also stayed in a premium suite and I’m not even sure that’s what they gave us. It stated online that we would have a microwave and there was no microwave.

There’s one male staff working at the front desk, super arrogant while taking with me. The room was fine, dirts on the towel, but that’s not too back compared with the way the guy was talking. I will never come back or recommend to my friends or others.
Great hotel overall. Staff was great. Located near everything you need or want to see. Red line very close. McDonald's right across the street. The king suite is huge. Only draw back is a very tiny bathroom but doesn't matter. Pizza place in hotel has good food. (Pizzeria Ora)

Overall a surprisingly good stay and I would happily come back.
Check-in felt a bit impersonal, but as Best Western Diamond Select members we received a very nice upgrade to a suite. The room was huge and offered a lot of space. The furnishing is somewhat minimal, worn down and a bit on the sparse side, but for the price we paid it still felt like a great deal.
There was some moist smell in the hallway that I experienced at some other Best Western properties as well. I don't know if that is some kind of cleaning solution, but luckily the odor wasn't that strong in our room.
The night shift staff deserves special mention. They were very polite, attentive and helpful throughout our stay.
Also at night a few homeless people tried to enter the hotel to warm up. The people themselves were very polite and respectful, so this never felt uncomfortable or unsafe. But some people might not like that happening.
The main downside was that the pool was closed during our visit. Unfortunately this also meant that the sun deck area was closed, which was a real drawback since it looked like a nice place to sit outside. Breakfast is also not included, which depending on expectations might matter to some guests.
All things considered, the large suite and the good value for money made this a very pleasant stay. I would definitely consider coming back.
