We had to wake up 3 kiddos, pack and move down the hall. I've stayed here 2 other times but never noticed anything. Manger is supposed to speak to us tomorrow. The place isnt clean, falling apart. im sure im brining home some bundles or joy back home with me in luggage or on the family's clothes.

She is always polite, professional, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful. But beyond her work ethic, what really stands out is her warm spirit. You can feel her kindness, and that means so much in the line of work she’s in. Keisha is pregnant and yet I have never once seen her sitting down. She is always on her feet cleaning, helping customers, picking up, staying busy, and still doing everything with such a positive attitude. That alone speaks volumes about her character. She makes this café a warm place. She makes people feel welcome, seen, and cared for. Employees like Keisha are rare, and she should be deeply appreciated. Thank you, Keisha, for everything you do. You are truly a blessing. She is a true blessing and a wonderful asset to this café.
