- SRSharee RobinsonNov 16, 20251.0Nasty dated filthy hotel I was lied to by the manager Christa who stands at the front desk puffing her vape and has her personally items scattered all over the desk very unprofessional! She smiles and apologies then pretends to have amnesia. After finding someone elses feces in my toilet in my first room . She switched me to a second room that had stained ripped sheets with hair on them. After switching my room for the third time she promised to add 50,000 points to my account which would be equivalent to one night stay. She never kept her word and ghosted me for three months straight. Finally she added 3,000 points which is a joke and not enough for 1/50th of a stay. I would not recommend staying at this location if you are a nurse or if you care about clinliness and sanitation!!!! Dirty tub rusted stopper hanging out see photos !

- AAAngelaOct 11, 20254.0The hotel itself looks very grand as a first impression. Check in staff was friendly and as we got settled into our room it was nice, watching TV and eating take out. Then came bath time for the kids and the tub kind of scared them bc the plug was coming out and it looked creepy, but that fine we moved on from that. I also noticed what looked like black mold atop the wall, maybe just a stain 🤷🏽♀️ I'll attach a picture, but a little attention to detail would have made this place better. Get some bleach spray or paint and maintenance as needed. This was room #422 if IHG would like to fix this. Now we're not light headed sleepers, but I know some people who will stay here might be and I will warn you; You can hear the train down the road, the walls are thin and if your neighbors coughs it will sound as though they are in the same room as you, and when they bathe you will hear a ruckus from their plumbing. Parents of toddlers; The bathroom door slides left to right and my kids tried pushing it - I thought it was about to break, maybe not the most kid friendly choice 😂 but you know your kids or in the least you can watch out for this feature. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would do it for another overnighter, but I would not stay here consecutive days personally.
