  Good place near to malls and some resturants. Rooms are with small kitchen that makes easier if you want to save money cooking there

  Showed up to check in and front desk lady said I had to pay for the full stay up front due to some people not paying for their rooms. My whole stay was about 3 weeks long. I was confused because I usually am allowed to pay a week at a time. My coworkers who also stayed there didnt have to pay at all until the very end so that confused me. She told me that whatever days i didnt stay that i would be refunded back those days. So i paid the whole amount upon check in. I ended up checking out 4 days earlier than my original check out date. When i checked out, the guy told me that i would be refunded the remaining amount for the days i didnt stay and it should show up in 3-5 business days. I was checking everyday for over a week and nothing. I ended up calling the front desk and they told me that they submitted it so that the rest was up to my bank. They didnt offer me a reference number or transaction number to give to my bank so my bank could track it. My bank said that there was only 1 transaction from them and that was for the full amount from the very beginning. I called the front desk back and they said that i would have to wait for the general manager to come in the next week so i left him a voicemail and i never heard anything back from the day he wad supposed to be back in the hotel. I left another voicemail and still havent heard anything back. I just want to get refunded the $400 im missing that they said I should be refunded.

  Great location, plenty to eat in the area. Room was clean and quiet. I wish they had constant fan ac/heater control.

  Upon entering this establishment at approximately 6:08 pm on Friday, September 19th, 2025, I was dismayed to find that there was no Front Clerk present. Two other guests were standing in line at the check-in counter, but no check-in clerk was available. A male guest, who was first in line at the counter, informed me that he had been waiting since 6 pm to check-in. After checking the common areas, ringing the bell on the counter, and calling the main phone number to the establishment, no one was to be found, even after checking the outside area for a Desk Clerk. One female guest, who was in front of me in line, checked herself in by retrieving a paper from a small box on the counter and then proceeded to the elevator with the paper in hand, pulling her luggage. Another male guest entered the lobby from the elevator and shared with me that this situation is not uncommon, as the front desk is frequently left unattended, with employees leaving the establishment, grounds, in their vehicles, only to return later. At approximately 6:27 pm, while I was standing outside, a woman arrived in a dark-colored vehicle with a female passenger in the back seat. The driver retrieved a large black garbage bag from the vehicle and proceeded to the front desk area, where she checked-in the male guest who was first in line, as if she had been present the entire time. There were now four of us waiting in line to check-in. I informed the Front Desk Clerk that I was in the process of filing a complaint via the phone and she seemed perplexed. I explained that, having traveled all day, it was unacceptable to arrive at an establishment that was unattended for over 25 minutes, with the clerk absent from the premises. This situation is not only unprofessional and unacceptable but also poses a safety risk for all guests involved on site. A formal complaint has been registered with Guest Relations and assigned a case number. I am awaiting a response from Guest Relations, hoping that this issue will be resolved.
