  Very clean, quiet, comfortable bed, nice shower, convenient location. The only issue was that the room had a very strong smell of cleaning product.

  Sadly this placed has turned into a dumpster fire since the general manager left and is only working part-time. Rooms are falling apart, getting any kind of decent service is rare. The overnight guy is great but thats about it. For somone that stays here 3-4 nights per week for work, i will be finding a new place once my remaining booked days are up.

  We had low water pressure in the shower, and water was so hot it was hard to take a shower told the people at the desk about it. The room i booked had a hole in the shower and wasn't clean, they gave us a king room that was a handicap room glad they did that . The people were nice about it. Hopefully they will fix the shower.

  The location is absolutely fantastic. Everything you need is within walking distance, including Target and Walmart. The staff, well some are more helpful than others, however for the most part decent customer service from the M-F 9-5 shifts. At night it gets a little iffy as they charge you more for drinks and food than the day shift does 🤔. I am in the process of getting an apartment/home so the room affords me the opportunity to cook if id like.Rooma are extremely clean, and well managed. Obviously certain areas get higher traffic, however i have no complaints about the cleanliness of the facility as a whole at all. No bed bugs, rodents, or insects. 🤩 Unfortunately there is a lot of different people in and out of the hotel obviously. I assume because of that, guests are subjected to potential scamming/card secruity threats. I posted a picture of fraudulent charges that attempted to post my cash app card, yes cash app for this exact reason which was stored on their system. Though I paid in person already at the desk, with the same card. Few nights here, few nights there. I used another form of payment too. Nonetheless someone still tried to charge my card, multiple times. Let the manager know, and he expressed the hotel itself didnt make the attempts, so it must of been a scammer or breach in their system or my app, who knows but he seemed genuinely grateful for the information, though who knows. I switched rooms, and the remote for the TV doesnt work, wait a week for the maintence guy and no go. I got the same remote back that still didnt work last night, so i said okay, ill just not have a TV for the duration of my stay. Thank God for Ipads. Another thing to note is the heavy presence of Ad HOC Teams or Gigworkers, posting up in rooms and being invasive and harrassing. Using even transducers just to harrass guests, me, injecting audio directly into the room. Or making comments directly through the wall, that are hateful, demonizing, and otherwise just rude and disrespectful. Its sad that they have to use a hotel room, or public dwelling to harrass someone who isnt doing anything harmful to others or otherwise anything wrong at all. Feels extremely targeted, but I digress. Most likely this will not be your experinece and thats fine, however note that if nothing else pay in cash if you can and do not store your payment credentials on their system otherwise it could be subjected to being hacked or scammed. Oops look they tried to get me again. Wow! Im not even in the state, and now their trying to charge my debit card. These people are scammed, DO NOT STAY HERE! READ BELOW!
