I had a three night Stay in this hotel, and it was awesome! The staff is friendly, the rooms are spotless and the breakfast is good! I would recommend this to any of my friends or family.

first thing, Couldn't understand the man working at the desk. Elevator didn't look like it's been cleaned in very long time. I would wash hands after touching anything.
The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, pillows lumpy. Left my shampoo and conditioner in our truck so used their shampoo and conditioner, they water down the conditioner so bring your own.
Breakfast was you typical hotel breakfast. Looks like they are nice enough to let homeless come and get something to eat.
Very close to everything, shopping and restaurants

The rooms are comfortable and well cared for. Good tv and channel options.This hallway carpet seemed worn. The staff is courteous and helpful. The breakfast was usually eggs with sausage/links. The meat sometimes didn’t appear appetizing but was edible . Limited bread options. Very little wholesome or whole grain choices. Fruit was usually apples and sometimes bananas. All in all the breakfast was better than just cereal and pastry, but I’ve had better at other Best Westerns, but we came here to sleep not dine necessarily..Remember, it’s a hotel not a restaurant.

No heat in room! Upon waking at 4 am I discovered the room was very cold. Attempted to call front desk from the room phone and it did not work. I called the hotel from cell phone and was told that it is cold in the room because it's cold out side. I requested 2 blankets and she hung up. When she brought the blankets she insisted the heat was working. She checked the wall thermostat because she said it was NOT controlled at the unit. The wall unit clearly had no power to it. The controls on the unit were the only controls working. And it was blowing cold air. She continues to argue with me and my husband. She then said it was out of her control and to come to front desk after 10 am...what a mess. If zero stars were an option this hotel would be a zero for me!

Accidentally booked for the wrong night and no one including expedia would help. I called the property immediately after I realized my mistake. Called expedia, talked to a man with a horrible accent I could not full understand and he was not able to help me make a simple change. Which if you've dealt woth expedia you know its almost impossible to speak to a person. It was an honest mistake and I am very disappointed in the hotel and expedia. Guess I'll cross best western off my list of places to stay. Update, they have refunded my stay.
