  I had been sleeping on Best Western Plus! This is the third location I’ve been to, recently, that has been just awesome! Super comfortable beds! Clean rooms. Breakfast was so so. I really enjoyed my stay and will be back. Best Western Plus is winning my business!

  Horrible experience. It started with the rude front desk employee. 14 families all booked this hotel for a Champaign event. Not one family saw the "small print" at the bottom of your site stating your pool is closed. PUT IT AT THE TOP OF YOUR PAGE AND BE HONEST WITH GUESTS! Then, as I was finishing my check-in the price I was being charged was more than my email confirmation price. Desk Employee would not do anything about it and suggested we find another hotel. State Tournament weekend, where are we all supposed to find a new hotel? When we asked to discuss with a manager, we were told we could check in and speak with someone tomorrow since they already went home. No manager at 3:10pm when check-in is at 3pm? Rooms are fine. Nothing special, but all seem to be clean. As a group we all returned from the games and met to socialize in the lobby area about 10-10:30. There were 13 people, all 40-51 year old adults quietly talking with each other. The same worker kicked us out and sent everyone to their rooms at 10:45pm stating policy and again rudely told us we should have read the signs. Nobody was loud, nobody was rude, nobody in our group caused a problem. Staff didn't care that the whole hotel smelled of pot, but they made sure we couldn't sit and discuss our day in the lobby away from all the rooms where people may have chosen to sleep. Hotels are a service industry and when you provide no service and are rude to everyone, your hotel will fail. Hire better people or be present as a manager.

  I had a three night Stay in this hotel, and it was awesome! The staff is friendly, the rooms are spotless and the breakfast is good! I would recommend this to any of my friends or family.
