  Esay in & out clean safe friendly staff. If we are ever back in Centralia illinois we well stay again.

  The rooms are very nice and big. Breakfast was nice. Front desk was very helpful. Everything was clean. But, we had noisy neighbors both nights. We could hear every word. Walls are thin. The hotel was not full. When we asked about why they don't spread people out throughout the hotel, we were told the put the elite customers on one floor. I am not really sure what that means, we haven't stayed at a best western for years. We are not elite.

  From the moment we checked in the service was amazing, very polite very clean !!! Breakfast was good ! The only disappointment was the pool was ice cold due to a heater problem which the manager was amazing with accommodating us a discount ! Thanks for great hospitality!

  We have stayed multiple years in a row and each time the staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious. The housekeeping team is just wonderful. Very accommodating and kind. It is such a pleasure to stay and to see how well this property is maintained and what an amazing job they do caring for their customers.
