  This is a large hotel and I was traveling with my elderly mother. The desk attendant, (Chris), on 4 different occasions gave me keys that did not work so my mom and I had to take turns leaving the room so one of us could let the other in. On our final night, we both went out and, of course, neither of our keys worked upon our return. I went back to the desk to get another key and met with an immediate and condescending, “oh, I’m so sorry. “ Instead of walking all the way back up with the second group of new keys after I had already tried 2 on this particular episode, I went downstairs and was met with the phony apology again and sent on my way. I stopped and asked that he please send someone in case the key doesn’t work. I waited for 15 minutes before he found someone. He came up with our key and the all access key. Of course our key didn’t work. The maintenance guy said he would be back with another key. By 9:30pm, he had not yet returned. I called down to the front desk, and asked Chris where our key was. Again with the apology and he sent the guy back up with a key.. guess what, the new key didn’t work either. I called back down to the front desk and asked if there was anything he could do about it because missing the key limits or movement in and out of our room. He said that he would put in a maintenance request since it was after 10pm and he had no one on site. By 10 AM (our final stay on a 3 day reservation, no one had come to provide us with a key. So my mom and I had to take turns leaving to go to the downstairs restaurant for breakfast. This was my first trip with my IGH membership booking via Delta Travel and not the best at all. Have access to your hotel room. It’s quintessential to traveling and staying in a hotel. This really made my trip awful. Not to mention I was traveling with an elderly woman who had to stand for 30 to 45 minutes while we went back-and-forth with getting the correct key to get into the room. I will not stay at this hotel again due to its extremely poor service, maintenance staff and room access.

  Absolutely love coming here. My family and I host pokemon trading card shows at this hotel and we love it so much. The front desk receptionist Erica is absolutely amazing and very nice. Makes my day every time. Highly recommend

  We usually stay at this hotel whenever we’re in town because it’s very convenient for us, and the staff is always super nice and accommodating. However, the property itself is definitely outdated, and the hallways often have a bit of a musty or moldy smell. We’ve kind of accepted it because the location works perfectly for our needs, but it would be wonderful to see this hotel get a much-needed renovation. Other hotels in the area have been updated recently, which makes it harder to keep choosing this one. Overall, though, it’s a great place with amazing staff — it just really needs some attention and updates.
