  Have stayed here twice and both times the front desk person has been rude and tried to not give me my Hilton honors rewards. On top of staff being rude, there is a train station near by that woke me up 5 times overnight. Very loud train and rude associates equals me not staying here anymore.

  Stayed here 4 days in Sept. after week plus 400 mile bicycle trip from Chicago to visit alma mater SIU. The staff was gracious and more than accommodating as I recharged and visited campus and surrounding area. Breakfast buffet is very good with constant attention from staff. Awesome location on Strip and right next to PK's. Across from new train station, piece of cake grabbing early morning train back to Chicago

  We work greeted right away! Very friendly in the lobby, everybody we encountered that was employed here was very friendly and welcoming, our room was very nice it was very pretty, we had two dogs with us, and every one of the staff members thats our dogs gave them attention which was great they enjoyed that, and there was a good waffles in the waffle bar along with some other goodies it was very nice they even had hot chocolate in there with the fixings for that too. They even offered puppy dog treats at the counter when you're checking in or every time you walk through the lobby that I found to be very nice. The shower in the room was really good unlike many hotels we've stayed in this one had a nice water pressure. The temperature settings in the room were great to allow you to do a different temperature in the bedroom and the main part of the suite which was very nice. And we loved that there was a full refrigerator to keep our drinks nice and cold and our food for our dog's fresh and the microwave made it very easy to get them warmed up with their dinner and their breakfast! Then we also found a great walk path around the hotel well not actually a walk path per se but it was a great place to walk around and the dogs enjoyed it, the only downfall I can say about it is that sometimes you would hear a train was so glow but it wasn't bad and oh the parking lot too small luckily we did find parking at the end of the day when we would return. That is the only thing that was a little difficult was because the lot is small. All in all I do recommend this hotel for any travelers. I wish I could remember the one lady's name downstairs though that went out of her way to make us feel more welcome with the dogs she also had a couple of dogs herself she told us can remember her name cuz I'm bad with names but she was very nice and I think one of the best people there.

  It's like an Airbnb condominium 1 bedroom flat.. They provide utensils, dish washers, dish liquid soap, kettle etc.. Just bring toothbrush and vanity kit.

  Stayed here on business and will definitely be back. The Home2Suites brand is always clean and thoughtfully designed, but my service was even better than usual this trip. This review is a shoutout to Joe, the breakfast attendant, who made my stay extra fun. He is a ray of kindness and sunshine wrapped up in snarky humor. I couldn't help but start my day with a smile!
