    Can't believe that when you make a reservation? They don't tell you that some of the amenities are not available because they're broken. But you still pay full price. I was one of the reasons why we weren't there because of the amenity. I.e., the pool closed indoor pool. Get to our room and the toilet's broken. The shelves that hold the towels up and in the bathroom, we're falling out of the wall Just freshly remodeled, the hallway on the floor that we stayed in the heat wasn't on get to the second room. The air conditioning is on, and it's 18° outside.

    I can’t say enough bad things about this hotel. It was extremely dirty. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed, the entryway in my room was sticky. To confirm how dirty it was I took a wet cloth and after couple wipes, it was black. See photos. Remodeled rooms are in disrepair. 1st room I tried, air conditioner unit was falling apart. 2nd row toilet only flushed occasionally. Tried to get help with that, but no one at the front desk and no response to the text, even though they said they would respond right away to that. The towels in the bathroom were sitting right next to the very dirty vent. I can’t believe that Hilton lets this hotel use its name. If I was the hotel manger, I would be embarrassed by the condition of the rooms.

    A little long on the tooth but does the job. Skip the free breakfast as they may make it with recycled tires or something. Edible. Sorta.

    hotel is in good location the property is under renovation which is making it nicer. ive stayed in better and worse properties. The front desk staff well....... some of them are an aquired taste and customer service is not their best skill. unfortunately bad customer service can make or break your stay. there are other hilton properties in the area.

    I do not recommend this hotel! Our first room was freezing cold, heating/air conditioning unit was broken. Front desk said just push the red button up to 80 the room will warm up in 20-30 minutes. No red button on unit. He came up to help, discovered unit was broken. He moved us to another room which was just as cold but the unit did work and only took an hour to heat the room. It was cold outside but we had reservations, they knew we were coming. The hallways were cold as well. In the morning NO coffee for over an hour. The hotel is under renovations. The bathroom still had construction debris on the floor. This hotel is NOT up to Hilton standards!!
