- JSJodi Smith3 days ago4.0The facility is fine. It's a low-rise hotel, which I greatly prefer to taller buildings. There's a restaurant with really good food and a bar. The hotel has a ballroom that seems to be pretty popular. What really sets this place apart for me is the staff. They are clearly a team who know and like one another, rather than the anonymous desk workers in some locations. They are all really nice, too. Friendly and just genuinely nice people. Thomas worked in the restaurant today and welcomed me in, ensured I was comfortable and had all I needed. James, the bartender, is really nice, too, we talked about renovating our houses. The young man who checked me in was great but I don't remember his name right now. I arrived very late and he was considerate and kind. Thank you for such a lovely group of people.

The conference rooms were spacious and good for our sessions. The staff were friendly and accommodating and have very good service.
