  Staff very friendly, got to our room and the bed had various large noticeable concerning stains if you catch my drift lol. We took the comforter off and the sheets seemed clean I still however laid on clothes instead of directly on the bed and looking at the pillows there was various hairs so we didn’t use those. We went to use the pool which is shown as opened and nobody mentioned it was not heated and would be virtually unusable with how cold it is. We decided since it was a cheap room we just got an an air mattress for the rest of our stay. Not sure if it’s a one off or not since other reviews say it’s been clean.

  I have stayed at this hotel during my previous visits to Illinois, but I was quite disappointed this time. If it weren't for the gentleman at the front desk who checked us in during the night shift, I would have rated my experience with only one star. I had booked a suite with a jacuzzi, which was satisfactory and reasonably priced. However, the pool area, including the water, was very cold. It is perplexing how a hotel can offer a pool that lacks warmth in December, which is typically the coldest part of winter. My son and I were unable to use it due to the low temperature, as we wished to avoid falling ill. When I brought this to the attention of the young man at the front desk, he mentioned something about a malfunction but was unable to offer any assistance. I am unsure if there was a broken component or if the hotel is attempting to conserve energy at the expense of guest comfort and satisfaction. Regrettably, I doubt I will be returning.

  Awful. No water provided in the rooms. No service whatsoever. The front desk were the only people working there. I don't think anyone had checked the room before I stayed in it - the TV didn't work, lights didn't work. I called the front desk & they said that was a maintenance thing and they couldn't help me. I asked for batteries for the remote in case that was the issue - they had none. The place looked abandoned with all the lights turned off and no services. Even though the hotel seemed empty, they put me in a room facing the highway which was super loud with traffic noise. Do not recommend.

  We are day 2 into our week long stay and so far have nothing but great things to say! The hotel is very quiet, beautiful, and roomy. The customer service from the front desk to the bar staff have all been wonderful! We are greeted every time we walk into the lobby and past the bar. The front desk also checked in with us to make sure we everything was to our liking. Our room is super quiet and very clean. The beds are extremely comfortable and the big chair in the room is a big happy place for our 6year old. We love the fact that the bar has food and not just drinks!

  2 Full Month Stay Review - First of all, I would like google to have a 10 star option to choose for this Hotel. I feel very much thankful to myself for choosing this hotel when I was searching in google for my Business trip. Front Desk- Jaime, the one who checked me in on my arrival. Wonderful Reponses for all my questions all the time and he was carrying high patience to the core to answer all my questions and very much helping tendency. Karla - Very friendly and The one who always enquire about my comfort on my stay and ensuring my requirements like coffee. Any clarifications about billing food related. She was very prompt and responsible reply Victor - The person always greets me well every morning when I go to work, Very friendly and responsible person who cares well by being in night shift to ensure our safety. Lax - Oh man! such a supportive person especially on billing related he has given the clarity and the commitment toward it was highly appreciable one. Sanjeev - The manager who always ensure the guest comfort and down to earth with lot gratitude. Very responsible and clear replies for us to understand what ever it is. Ke- Wonderful friend I would say. Who carries the smile always on her face to respond your queries and such a wonderful human. Housekeeping - Wonderful Team with neat work al the time. (Maribel, Areli & Yadira) Since its 2 months period, I got good interactions with the total hotel group and they have cared me as one of their family member. They never allowed me to miss my home. Room - I have chosen double Queen size room. Peaceful, Clean, Responsible House keeping Team. Clean restrooms, Comfortable beds and Room arrangement was very much executive manner to attend my official calls without having a fake background.
