  Very clean we will most definitely return and refer to friends and family members. Breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly.

  A very nice property, close to Oak Lawn and Evergreen Park on Chicago's south side. The breakfast, managed by Brenda, was the best organized breakfast I have experienced with a nice selection. The rooms are very clean. We had a large desk space and a sofa. It is our new go to hotel in the area.

  I got this room here by utilizing 32,000 points. I am a diamond Best Western member and I was excited to utilize my free stay for my husband‘s birthday/Valentine’s Day present. We chose this hotel for the location, convenience and for the beautiful hot tub suite our stay was on February 16. I understand that that’s a few days after Valentine’s Day when we arrived we noticed that there was a small hair in the shower as we were attempting to cleanse ourselves before utilizing the hot tub. It was not a dealbreaker or the end of the world. However, once we started to fill the water in the Jacuzzi hot tub, we noticed there were artificial rose petals that were in the tub. They weren’t noticed right away because they were white. We’re all adults. We know what people do on Valentine’s Day and hotel stays. We are all adults. We know what most people do in a hot tub during Valentine’s Day. My concern was how gross this unwashed tub most likely was if they did not take the chance to wipe it down properly or filter through the jets what type of bodily fluids or bacteria were still lingering if they could not even remove the flower petals that have dried and stuck to the bottom of the tub the compensation I was offered after bringing this to the attention of management was 1000 points. I’d also like to explain that this thousand points was only offered after the fact of me calling Best Western myself because I was not contacted by the property manager within a 24 hour timeframe with an apology or resolution Best Western corporate did offer me 18,000 points however for the total of 19,000 points and a completely ruined stay I feel extremely disappointed. Gross. Do you feel like it is appropriate to clean your own hot tub during a hotel stay to you guys feel that my compensation was adequate based on my experience?

  During our trip to Chicago, we stayed at Best Western Inn & Suites - Burbank, and it was a great choice. The location was convenient — about a 15-minute drive to downtown, which made getting around easy. They provided complimentary breakfast every morning during our three-night stay, and there were plenty of options to choose from. It was a nice way to start each day. The rooms were spacious and clean, which made our stay comfortable. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would consider staying there again.
