I don't expect whole a lot like excellent customer service from anybody especially this late hours and most inexpensive hotel around. Miss Sam welcomed me with her big smile and her kindness words which almost made me cry since had to bury my closest family member back in home town not too long ago. Miss Sam took time to look up of my old forgotten membership number/s from my old cell numbers this late hour with pleasant manners. We are so used to be told to take care of ourselves on line, or call customer service later on. Because of her, I would look for Best Western hotels in another locations since I do travel a lot. Thank you Miss Sam for making me feel at home and giving me an excellent customer service. You made this hotel like a top notch hotel. Renewal spacious room with hot breakfast 🥞 🍳 🤩5⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ 👍👍👍👍👍

I also thought that the person in charge (Brenda) had everything very clean, was constantly checking the breakfast area to make sure everything was in place and clean. She was very nice and accommodating. If I could give her a higher star rating than 5 stars, I would!!

From the moment I checked in, I was welcomed by Lee, who was incredibly professional, kind, and genuinely caring. It was clear he truly cared about the guests. When I needed a late check-out the next morning, they were very accommodating and understanding. Even when I faced issues with my bank and had to stay in the lobby with my dog, they showed great patience and kindness. The breakfast was also delicious, with everything beautifully laid out and a wonderful selection. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and warm hospitality. Five stars all the way!
