Very nice Hampton Inn. Clean room, and breakfast was a standard Hampton inn. Chris ( front desk) was a great help.

Changing to one star. Had a stay and a few issues, nothing major, and when Jessica yagerman emailed me I explained what happened, she asked what she could do, and never responded back. Horrible customer service

My wife and I are multi-year Diamond members. At 10:45 AM, my wife discovered that she was missing a piece of jewelry. We started searching the room. Realizing that check out time was 11:00, I called the front desk and requested an extra 15 minutes. [Desk_person_E*****] gave me a hard time about it. I explained that we were searching for a piece of missing jewelry, and I also mentioned that we are Diamond members.
She reluctantly gave me until 11:10 AM.
At 11:00, I carried luggage to my truck, while my wife continued to search for the jewelry.
When I re-entered the hotel, E***** said that we needed to be out by 11:10 AM. This seemed that she was taunting me.
I told her that I would be sure to leave a Hilton & Google review.
She told me that the manager was very strict about policy enforcement. I asked to speak to the manager, but the manager was not available. I told her that she is the manager's representative, in their absense.
The extra 5 minutes certainly doesn't harm anything and the housekeeping crew had several rooms to clean prior to my room.
This is not the way to treat customers.

I/we have been loyal Hilton customers for about 20 years. We have been Diamonds for many years as well. 10/11/25 we stayed for one night. The room was nice as is the case about 97 percent of the time. Your housekeeping folks are consistently great!!! We occasionally ask for a late check out that is typically complimentary for us. We lost a piece of jewelry and needed extra time to try and find it.
I called the front desk for a later check out. Hotel was not crowded. House keeping was still 4 rooms down from us. The front desk person was unkind. and gave us 10 minutes past 11 a.m. to leave. When I carried the luggage down she reminded me that we needed to be out in 10 minutes by 11:10. She didn't have a name tag but said her name was Emily. I told her that was no way to treat any one much less your loyal Diamonds. This is not a good way to keep your loyal customers for sure.

Check in was quick and the hotel seems clean so far. However the rules posted about the pool are a little insane. I can understand safety and not having parties etc. However I tried to buy a bottle of WATER from the front desk to take inside while watching my kids swim. I was told I couldn’t bring it in. I can understand not having alcohol and other liquid beverages like soda etc. But to not be able to get a bottle of water is insane. I was told by the front desk that it’s against Health Code (which is not true) and if I dropped it in the water I would mess up their PH. But there is nothing posted about showering before or children wearing a swim diaper if not trained. If they are that worried about the PH… So if you plan on coming make sure you are hydrated before coming and sitting in The hot pool area!
