  Llegando a la habitación, no servía la televisión ni el teléfono. Tuve que bajar a pedir que subieran y terminaron cambiándome de habitación en la cual tampoco servía la televisión. La persona que atiende el restaurante es sumamente grosera y prepotente. El personal de la recepción fue el único amable, aunque casi nunca están en sus áreas. Las instalaciones son viejas y el Personal de limpieza de los 5 días de hospedaje solo limpió la habitación 1 de ellos. En fin. Mala experiencia. No lo recomiendo.

  We booked this hotel for a stay and play for our baseball tournament. The gentleman working (stated he was the manager) on the weekend of 4/24 - 4/26 was rude. There was no sign stating that we couldn’t have food in the lobby area so our team orders food to have together in the lobby and because there was an event going on they were told they couldn’t eat it there and had to go outside and eat it. The boys were freezing! Then they were playing in the pool and got yelled at for playing with a ball because it accidentally hit someone. I’m just in shock at the fact you would have this location as a stay and play for kid baseball teams and then it be this way. Maybe next time don’t list your location as a stay and play for a kids tournament if you have an event going on at the same time.

  Loved the stay, my children and dogs where treated nicely. I want to let everyone know that there is an amazing worker in the morning for Breakfast Area, he is so sweet and caring. My daughter has a disability and got over stimulated and tipped the table over to where two glass cups broke. He raced over and was kind enough to help clean.The area made my daughter feel more comfortable after the incident happened, gave her juice to calm her down.Did everything he could to make her happy. He also checked on us every so often.To make sure we were ok. The following day, we were there. He checked on us again to make sure that we were great. He also went over and made some noises of my daughter because she was making noises at him. I couldn't believe how happy she was. I wanna give it up to JR for doing an amazing job. The morning , breath's crew was amazing and understands that certain children have disabilities and actually took the time out to make sure that my family was safe and well fed.

  Overpriced. 2 queen bed, room 420, was 230.60 for 1 night. No room service. Key card only worked half the time. Old t.v.
