Our suites are off I-55 and Route 53, with restaurants and shops within a half mile. Canlan Ice Sports Arena, WeatherTech Factory Store, IKEA, and The Promenade mall are less than five miles away. Lewis University is seven miles from us, and the Romeoville campus of Joliet Junior College is six. Enjoy free breakfast and WiFi.

    Hotel was well maintained, clean, and at a convenient location. The pool area was nice and we liked the windows that brought in the sunshine. We were in the pool area first thing in the morning and there were no clean towels so we had to request them which wasn't a big deal. But the floor of the pool deck was already wet and slippery and had several articles of clothing left behind from the night before.... And scraps of garbage as well which was disappointing that a simple cleanup and towel restock wasn't done before the pool opened for the day. The breakfast was enjoyable. I would have preferred more toppings for the waffles (whipped cream!!) and more fruit such as berries. The selection felt pretty limited and if staying there more than a day or two could get pretty redundant. Also, I wish the table area could be cleaned more regularly. Also consider having some trays available for single adults with children. It is hard to carry several plates and cups or to leave the kids and go back and forth over and over. I love the TV and the availability of channels. I also love the roomy shower but was disappointed when my shampoo bottle was empty. Why isn't housekeeping checking that? I love the decor, especially the bedside lamp with the USB ports. There are a lot of shelves and drawers plus the mini kitchen complete with a table which would make longer stays much more comfortable. Overall, we love staying at Hilton suites. It is extremely easy to make reservations online or with the app. You can also edit your dates and use the app as your door key which is very convenient. The room is spacious and modern and clean. It comes with many amenities and the sleeping arrangements are comfortable. We are Hilton Honors members and we did call for our complimentary bottles of water (so we had a way to take our morning meds a half hour before breakfast) and we were told we had to pay for them, which was frustrating. The next employee just handed them to us with a bag of chips. Could I suggest leaving those in the guest's rooms before check in? That would be a nice touch! I would appreciate a little welcome package. After I got my children and belongings packed in my vehicle I was notified via my app that I needed to come back inside to the front desk to check out. This was an inconvenient scenario since I was the only adult with two children. It was for a good reason (to make sure I received a refund for one of our canceled dates) but I would have appreciated being told this prior to packing up my kids and vehicle!!

    Great staff both morning and evening. Very clean hotel close by grocery stores that are in walking distances even on a cold day. Hot breakfast was a plus with spacious rooms! Restaurants such as Denny's, Golden Coral, Tasty Biscuit, Wendy's, and Burger King are within 5 mins travel. Even Wal-Greens and Bank of America. An absolute pleasure to stay here.

    We enjoyed our stay overall — the hotel was clean, quiet, and well maintained. The only downside was the pull-out mattress, which was extremely uncomfortable and felt like coils covered by a thin sheet. I asked for the hotel to help make this more comfortable, and was given 2 comforter sheets. This unfortunately was insufficient and I did need to find alternative accommodations. If you’re planning to use the pull-out, be aware of this. Aside from that, everything else was great.

    My stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Bolingbrook Chicago was excellent overall. Steven at the front desk provided consistently friendly and professional service at check-in—he was attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful with hotel information. The suite was clean, modern, and well-equipped with a comfortable bed and full kitchenette. However, the pillows were flimsy and uncomfortable, losing shape quickly, which was the only drawback. On a positive note, the breakfast lounge staff were very attentive, keeping the area clean and ensuring food and drinks were well-stocked throughout the morning. I would stay here again and recommend it for its comfort and service.

    Although the property itself and the rooms are comfortable, I will never stay at this hotel again. The hotel staff is very dishonest. I made a reservation through the app for 1 night on Monday 11/17 and, as a Diamond member, I received a discounted rate of $159. I ended up having to stay over on the 18th, and the gal I spoke to at the front desk told me I could have the room for the second night for the same rate of $159. Upon checkout, I noticed that my folio receipt showed $233 for the second night. I spoke with the assistant manager, Steven, figuring this was just an oversight and could easily be fixed. Initially, Steven was very understanding, and although he told me that he couldn’t change the rate himself, he said that he would get with the GM to refund the difference, and assured me that he (or someone) would get back to me. More than 2 weeks later I hadn’t heard back, so I called and spoke to Steven again. He apologized that nobody had reached out to me, took my mobile number, and then assured me (again) that he would personally call me back. Another week goes by, no call back. Called and talked to Steven AGAIN. Had to refresh his memory. He told me that he spoke with “the owner” and she said no, "we will not refund the difference, because… that’s the rate in the system”. I'm sorry, but this sounds completely made up, and this is no way to treat a Diamond member, much less any hotel guest. Steven says he is still “trying” to find a resolution and will call me back, but at this point, it’s obvious that he is simply shooing me off. So I am not going to hold my breath. In addition to this review, I will call Hilton Honors to file a complaint, and see if they can help me. At the end of the day, it doesn’t matter if it’s $5 or $100. It’s the principle, and I’m simply looking for this hotel to stand behind what they told me. Had I known the rate was going to be $233 I could have easily traveled to another Hilton property. Terrible experience. If the hotel refunds me the difference, I will gladly remove this review.
