- AFAJ FFeb 22, 20265.0I'm writing this review before I sleep tonight but I know it will be amazing. This will be the first bed I sleep in since damn near New Year's. The pool was giant for a hotel pool and very clean. There were towels ready to use on all the pool furniture. Aby at the bar/restaurant was great at serving drinks and food and made great conversation. Coin operated laundry on the 3rd floor worked like a charm and even before sleeping I already feel refreshed. If I am ever in the Chicago area again this would be the first place I would consider if I think about getting a hotel.

I will definitely be staying here again and coming to the restaurant.

We didn't have the opportunity to interact with everyone, but with those we did- it made a difference! The front office manager Ms. Ottman and front desk employee Tramel , Monique and Junior who ran the restaurant's breakfast-all went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed- and we also witnessed them treating others the same way. There's so much more to say....but this is enough. Oh, one thing- It would be great if you had a shuttle to and from the airport. 😀
