- AJAshton JOct 28, 20251.0Shame, this hotel was very nice and I would have no complaints for it except they falsely accuse me and my other guests of smoking in the room. Neither me or my two friends staying here have ever smoked in our lives, yet they claim we smoked in the room, falsely charging me an arm and a leg. Our shower drain was stopped up, forcing us to bathe in ankle deep water and allowing all the dirt to settle in the tub. They claim the dirt was ash and a "smoke sensor" triggered while us three took showers. They refuse to speak to me anymore on the matter and have royally scammed me! Didn't even say anything to me at checkout time and I had to discover this charge by checking my bank account.
