I did not stay at this hotel on Monday, 4/20, which is a weird way to start a hotel review. I want to recognize the gentleman working the front desk at around 11:30 P.M.
I had a friend visiting from out of town and staying at this hotel. She unfortunately had a bit to much to drink and needed help getting back to her room. Complicating the matter, she couldn't remember her room number. When we approached the front desk, the person who assisted us took excellent care to ensure my friend made it back to her room safely. After determining I was not a guest of the hotel, he escorted us both up to her room. He then brought me back down to the lobby.
I didn't get the hotel staff member's name, but wanted to recognize his admirable commitment to guest safety.

This hotel has generous sized and clean rooms. We found the beds comfortable and the breakfast is generous and fresh (eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, baked goods, oatmeal, yogurt and more). They were helpful when threats of bad weather were coming our way and we needed to adjust our departure. We will be back.

BREAKFAST IS NOT INCLUDED! Unless you get a specific room/deal with breakfast included, you will not be allowed to eat! I was very disappointed and hangry when I learned I wouldn’t be able to eat without paying $17 dollars per person for a family of 7. Anyways we ended up going to McDonalds for breakfast even though the breakfast area was completely empty with just the Host standing guard over the food. However on a more positive side, the beds were really comfy with sheets that kept me warm. Bathroom seemed a little worn, specifically the wall lights and the door is so big you have to squeeze to the side of the toilet to be able to close it or vice versa. Thought I’d also include that the sofa chair was stained with something white alone with some of the bedding in the bunk bed room which is navy blue.

The hotel is nice but I specifically picked this hotel for the heated pool and hot tub as a staycation for my kids. The pool was ice cold. When I asked the front desk about it the guy shrugged and said yeah we refilled it so it'll be cold for 4 or 5 days. Why would you not warn patrons of this at booking or check in? I spent $200 on a room for my kids to swim and they were too cold most of the time. I wasnt offered a partial refund or anything.

We were here for business. There were a bunch of young kids from a sport competition staying. They let them stay on all 4 floors. The kids were loud, banging doors, screaming down the halls, jumping on furniture. The adults with them were drinking and partying in the hallways with the kids. The noise continued until 11:30 pm and we had to be up by 6 am. When I called the front desk, multiple times, there was no answer. Had to physically go to the front desk. I was told quiet time was not until midnight. My issues are why would you not put all the kids on the same level below the group there for business, why is quiet time set to midnight, why was someone not answering the front desk phone. When I arrived, I was told that I should reach out if there was loud noises. Why weren't these parents told, on their check in, that they needed to be quiet by 10 or they would be kicked out of the hotel? Why were parents allowed to drink and party in the hallway? Also the elevator always smells like pot.
