- ABAllison BuckelNov 9, 20255.0If I could leave more stars, I would. I booked our last-minute stay through a third-party. The hotel was unable to download our booking. Paul at the front desk was very sweet and kind, and kept apologizing for our troubles when it was not even his fault he made sure we were taken care of and even upgraded our room once they were able to get everything downloaded. Our room was upgraded to a suite had a kitchen living area in large bed was very clean and very cozy. Thank you Holiday Inn for a cozy stay and great hospitality.

Krishna is one of the most kind humans I’ve encountered lately (forgive me for not spelling your name correctly). Krishna picked me up from the airport, then checked me in at the front desk, made sure I had extra cream for my coffee the next day and even went the extra mile to accommodate me when I was dealing with low blood sugar. Krishna smiled the entire time and made me feel more than welcomed. I hope to work with Krishna again during future visits to the Bloomington area. Thanks Krishna….you’re the best!

Hotel had slight snafu as they ran out of paper towels for the public bathroom, and didn't seem like they had anyone to clean it either. Hot tub was notbreally hot either. They have 2 elevators and 1 went down unfortunately it was the one closest to my room but at least they still had 1 that worked. Rooms are large and beds super comfy. Staff attentive and check in was easy. Didn't use their breakfast as it was a but pricey. Overall great stay and would stay again. Things happen and they did they best they could.
