- CSChelsea SuttonNov 15, 20251.0Outdated and not clean! This hotel was not up to Holiday Inn standards. I had 2 rooms. One of the rooms had a musty smell to it. When we pulled out the sofa bed in the other room, there were mouse droppings on the fitted sheet. When my husband went down to tell the desk clerk, he didn't apologized, but said he'd tell housekeeping. Then at around 4:15 in the morning, the fire alarms went off because something had burnt in the oven. We were with several other groups for a tournament, and they were not pleased with their stay either. Needless to say, it was not a restful stay at all!

They have free breakfast in the morning and the lady that's tending the area is super nice. They don't clean rooms unless you tell them which kind of sucks for the price you pay. Good value overall.
- CSCaroline SchmaudererOct 12, 20252.0I always stay at Holiday Inn because I trust it’s always a good experience. Until this location. Our room smelled strange. And our shower didn’t work. The water turned on but there was no lever to turn on the shower. My husband and I think someone replaced the faucet with the incorrect model. We were unable to shower. When we complained at the front desk the manager said he wouldn’t give us a room without a working shower. There is a knob under the faucet. We went back to check and there wasn’t a knob. We told him this at check out and he apologized and gave us our receipt. He did nothing to rectify the situation. I filed a complaint with IHG.
