Staff is helpful and kind. I didn't know about breakfast the first day and thought it was just a restaurant but the next day went and saw that there were many options for breakfast. I really like the digital check in and key. I only had 20 min from arrival to get to a meeting and it was great to be able to go straight to my room without stopping at the desk. I loved not having to keep track of a key and just use the app on my phone.

- TBTone BoneJan 6, 20263.0The room was beautiful but it was hard to tell if it was cleaned or not and upon arrival my room door was open. After I wiped everything down we had a pretty nice stay. We stayed in the penthouse suite room 501 and it was lovely. Breakfast was amazing and the staff was very accommodating. We received a warm cookie upon check in which was a very nice touch. We didn’t get to explore the hotel because the room had everything including a fireplace but while checking out I discovered a few hidden gems. I will definitely be back but hopefully next time the maid service will actually make it to my room before check in.
