- TBTone Bone6 days ago3.0The room was beautiful but it was hard to tell if it was cleaned or not and upon arrival my room door was open. After I wiped everything down we had a pretty nice stay. We stayed in the penthouse suite room 501 and it was lovely. Breakfast was amazing and the staff was very accommodating. We received a warm cookie upon check in which was a very nice touch. We didn’t get to explore the hotel because the room had everything including a fireplace but while checking out I discovered a few hidden gems. I will definitely be back but hopefully next time the maid service will actually make it to my room before check in.

- OMOscar MachadoDec 27, 20251.0Very disappointed with our stay. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, showing little to no control over the guests on the property. It appeared there were kids from at least 15 different schools staying there, running through the halls and nearly knocking people over right in front of staff—who did nothing to stop it. To make matters worse, one of the kids activated the emergency fire alarm, forcing everyone to evacuate. The front desk offered nothing but excuses while multiple guests were understandably upset. It was obvious the situation was caused by the unsupervised kids, yet no accountability was taken. After traveling 7 hours with a 9-month-old, this was the last thing we needed. The lack of professionalism, guest control, and concern for safety made this a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend staying here.
