    This hotel made a great first impression with a bright, modern, cheerful lobby and friendly staff. The hallways were also bright and smelled nice. Breakfast was decent. The experience inside the room was disappointing. The room was on the smaller side, especially the cramped bathroom, and the beds were too firm. These were minor issues, however. More concerning was the cockroach crawling around in the bathroom and a used blood glucose testing strip I found on the floor by one of the beds.

    We stayed at 3 best western hotels in the last 3 nights and this one is definitely the worse one with no microwave , a refrigerator that doesn't work and one curtain missing, causing a privacy issue.....definitely not top notch !!!!
