  Stayed here the night before flying, 4am shuttle to the airport was on time and hotel room was great!

  Hotel has a great, clean atmosphere with a solid breakfast. However, during a 3 night stay the room cleaning service only showed up once and didn't really do anything that one time. Towels were not replenished and toilet paper was left low (which was low to begin with on check in day). This prompted me to see the front desk when I got back in late at night to replenish basic needs. Also, we had a hot water issue in the middle of the day and needed to wait for the issue to be resolved after contacting the front desk. Additionally, the one preference I marked on my booking was to be located far from the elevators. Upon check in, the first room I was assigned was literally the first room next to the elevator. To their credit, the front desk did move me to a room located further from the elevator upon my request. If that room was already available, why wasn't my preference met? If you don't mind such inconveniences, this hotel is clean, affordable, and located conveniently near ORD.

  I was staying at the Holiday Inn. Bensonville, for work. I got extended for a couple more weeks and I did the recheck in but something went wrong between the front desk and the cleaning service. My room ways cleaned and some of my belongs was thrown away and the rest was turned in at the front desk. I immediately went to the front desk and spoke with Vega. She asked me for a list of everything that I was missing and said she will report to her manager Gunjan. The next morning, I went down and spoke with the manager, and she had asked me, what was the value of the items that was missing. I told her what the value was.She didn't question it.She went to the back and came back with the envelope with that amount with sorry written on it. I was very appreciative and thankful. I just want to thank Vega and Gunjan, for their help.

  The wife and I stayed here because we had an early flight out of ORD the next morning. Our room was clean, quiet (all things considered), and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was quite good. The best part was that they offered parking (for a reasonable fee) for the week we were gone, plus efficient shuttle service. Our driver, Khalid, was helpful, courteous, and handled his vehicle in a professional manner...five plus stars for him.

  Holiday Inn Bensenville – 5/5 ⭐️ I had a very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Bensenville. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and felt comfortable from the moment I arrived. The staff was friendly, professional, and quick to assist with any questions. The rooms were spacious and tidy, with comfortable beds and everything needed for a relaxing stay. The location is convenient, especially if you’re traveling near O’Hare Airport, and parking was easy. Overall, it was a smooth and stress-free experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable hotel in the area.
