The Assistant General Manager present at breakfast was especially rude to guests, and unfortunately, this unprofessional behavior seems to extend throughout the team. One bright spot was Alma at the reception—she’s an example of how Hilton staff should treat their guests. A note for anyone who stayed before November 10th, 2025: the coffee and hot water dispensers were rusted inside. If you happened to get sick after using them, that might be the reason. Overall, the management and staff should be ashamed. It’s your duty to provide a clean and safe environment for Hilton guests, and you have failed to uphold even the most basic standards.

Also i had tons of packages and they handled all of them for me in a professional way, they even have a sheet to tell who got which package and how many. I would like specifically to thank Emily Mendoza, she was the best and even emailed me whenever i got a new package she was simply fantastic. I really recommend the hotel 10/10
