    Really didn’t enjoy my stay. My room was filthy and the staff was rude. Also brought up my issues to upper management and they never followed up. Plenty of other options in the area!

    Made a reservation. Got here and they gave my room away to a lady standing in line in front of me with an honors membership. My replacement room was way less of value than my original booked room. Room was dirty. Finger prints all over the dishes. Food left in the fridge. And my toilet doesn’t flush. I asked for maintenance and the lady at the desk gave me a plunger and told me good luck. Wont refund me because of third party policies and they wont get me a new room. And the area is terrible. Nice view of a parking lot and offices and apartments and daily rush hour traffic. Thanks for the bad experience 02/14/2026

    Nice staff and our room was clean. We had positive interactions with each staff member we saw. Their breakfast stood out because they go the extra mile adding a station for your eggs with shredded cheese, jalapeños, salsa, pickled onions, and a variety of hot sauces. They also have overnight oats and chai pudding which felt like an upgrade to their standard breakfast. Unfortunately the hot tub was out of order during my trip but they said it’s being repaired so hopefully it works for your trip. Call before to make sure it’s fixed if that’s something you’re looking for.

    Was greeted by Vivian upon arrival and her customer skills were outstanding. After fantastic check-in, I enjoyed unpacking in a lovely suite. Vivian offered exceptional service and location is near several shops and restaurants!
