Tiled room entrance, coat pegs, lots of plugs. Ok TV, modest channel selection. Wall chargers are slow, clock charger is faster. Fridge , microwave, drawers, good work area, work chair plus easy chair. well lit hallway and parking, always a clerk at desk. Might not have office list. Bonus list of local foodie places. Pool, gym, laundry Nov 2025 might be doing some roof work, perhaps noisy during day, but I had no issue. Ground floor windows open
