Kelly, Amanda, and the other staff members are great. Hotel is easily the best in the area. Rooms are spacious. Location great. Breakfast superior. Pool is huge. It is a large property but well maintained. Worth the extra money.

Careful on this property - they cater to Youth Sports events and the common areas are over-run by screaming kids and loud parents. We complained to the hotel management and the guy with the red hair and beard said he would do something but did nothing! It was soooo loud and the lobby was crazy place and the entire hotels was not controlled by the hotel management. AND worst is that the common areas were filled with trash and food and screaming people! Avoid at all cost.

Rooms we're very clean and well kept and breakfast was great. My kids enjoyed the kiddie pool, while wife and I relaxed in the jacuzzi. The big issue i had was the person working the front desk named Jennifer or Jenn. Very rude and unprofessional. Was confirmed from another personnel that there has been a lot of complaints regarding her, yet management refuses to take appropriate action towards her behavior.

Very nice hotel. Everything was clean and well maintained. Pool area is wonderful with a large hot tub, nice regular pool and a cool kid pool with a slide and splash features. Breakfast was good with fun waffle toppings. Breakfast hours go until 10am which was greatly appreciated as someone who likes to sleep in. We will definitely be back. 🙂
