  Me and my sister had to stay here ad it was nice, the staff took amazing care of us, and the rooms were clean and there was plenty of towels as well. One thing I would say it a pool would have been nice, they had everything we needed, and it was a great stay.

  This hotel has roaches and needs to be burned down and remodeled asap the city of Aurora and health department needs to shut this hotel down the staff is so rude and they never have coffee don’t waste your time and money coming here you would be mad as hell and disappointed

  This hotel is disgusting. Pubes in the sheets, dust on all shelves, dirty dishwasher, dirty dishes,and dirty drawers. There were toenail clippings on the floor and a car air freshener dangling off the back of the door. Elevator permit expired 2/25 it is January 2026 as of this review. Additionally, this was booked and paid for online and then yhey tried to demand a $150 deposit when the confirmation email clearly states the deposit was paid at booking. We did not stay the night and are working on getting our money back as there was no manager on duty at night.

  We shouldn't have been given a room that needed repairs before we even checked in, and it needed to be much cleaner. Myself, my husband and dog stayed here while I had business to take care of nearby. Overall, it was fine. Lots of families living there so be prepared for noisy hallways. But the rooms were large and the beds were comfy. However, the room was not very clean or well maintained. The dishwasher had water in the bottom of it (we didn't use it) and the refrigerator made some AWFUL noises that woke us up at night a few times. I found a Cheerio on the floor and the doors around the handles and the light switches were visibly dirty. But what really bothered us is that we were given a room that needed repairs and were not given any notice about it when we checked in. The next morning, a maintenance guy knocked on our door and told us there was a leak he had to fix. We didn't know what he meant because we hadn't noticed that there was a big bubble of water under the paint near the ceiling in our bathroom. Why were we given a room that needed maintenance in the first place? And then to not give us any warning? We weren't dressed or anything and our dog wasn't going to like having a stranger in there with us. We told them to call us first and then they could come repair the leak, but they did not bother us the rest of our stay, which we did appreciate. I'm glad that bubble didn't burst and get the light fixture wet.
