I've been coming here for four years, and I've never had a bad experience! I love it. Great actors and workers, all of the above. Prices aren't bad either; it's definitely worth it, and I highly recommend it.

Bro! It was crazy!!!! I was pleasantly surprised. My young teenagers got the bejeezus scared 9ut of them. It was great. Really cool experience. Loved all the effects, the back story. Very convincing and intriguing. Didn't know that there was a whole 3D effects part of it. Really awesome and def memorable.

Some great sets. Value for the money simply isnt there, it's seriously overpriced for what you're getting. The music and sound effects are way too loud, and if they had the actors do something more than scream and growl it might be a 4 instead of a 3. Also, the lines are insane, so prepare for a very long wait while you're being subjected to awful music so loud that it hurts your ears (unless you pay them extra for a fast pass).

Really liked it, went this week and a week ago, was fun
My favorite rooms are, the psych ward, the room with babies crying, the doll room, and the sci-fi laboratory.
I did also really enjoy Shattered 3-D experience
First weekend I went
Lots of actors throughout all the rooms
Amazing costumes
Small wait and a good price
I enjoyed the nurses and liked the one with red hair following and chasing us through the haunt
I liked the pig man he felt genuinely intimidating to go up the ramp around
Followed by the girl with a bat following us through the sci-fi area
I then also enjoyed the princess girl she was making us spin and be pretty whilst guttural screaming at us
Second weekend I went
Still good however there was a longer wait
Less actors or at least the actors switched around
I didn’t see many of my favorites from last time
But it was fun to go regardless
3-D shattered was cool I liked the effect the glasses had and how some of the floor and wall pieces looked kooky easy to lose your balance, the details of the actors makeup being 3-D and glowing is trippy the actors were high energy and great clowns. Soundtrack was fun to, liked that we had a “gatekeeper” clown too. Made the wait fun.
Basement of the dead is one of my favorite haunts so far it’s quick passed but it’s got a good mixture of jump scares and entertainment.

Stars for the actors' screaming abilities. The experience was brief. Main factors were: Ongoing shrieking. Ongoing banging. Ongoing strobe lights. Ongoing things hanging from the ceiling. 75% animatronics, 25% actors. Peekaboo jump-scares every couple of minutes, but nothing particularly creative. Just "is someone around the corner... again?" Sprinkle in creative decorations and that was pretty much the gist of it.
The neon 3-D experience felt more like a missed opportunity for a dance party. It was very cool to look at. There was one actor that somehow managed to continuously hang out in the spinning tunnel... get that human a raise.
Our group had never been to this particular location. We brought a friend who had never been to a haunted house and was so scared to go. But when we were suddenly outside her reaction was... "That's it?"
So maybe it's a good starter experience for the haunted house noobies. Build up that bravery. $42 felt steep for what we encountered and the duration. Based on other reviews my crew looks to be an outlier, so maybe we are just snobby.
Anyway, I hope visitors feel nice and creeped out - stay spooky folks!
Notes
- Went on a Friday
- Group of 7 spooky-stuff lovers
- Arrived around 9pm, regular line was long, we had purchased VIP in advance and went in after a few minutes
- Parked a few blocks away to avoid traffic
