The rooms were comfortable, and the free breakfast was really good. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. I’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it.

Bad attendance to the few items they had on display. Each time, a customer had to beg either for more eggs or potatoes. Bananas were not on display until 9:16 AM, but the employees were eating them. The younger employee was filling up her plate with food during work instead of attending the work place. I’m assuming all this is because of cheap labor. At the end the food was 7/10.

Appeared she worked from "call center" and even did not know what location I tried to reach, neither where she was. More likely she worked from Asia. Don't recommend to call. On opposite: if you will be there in person: nice friendly customer service, everybody understand English, nice service. So unless people who bought this chain will not change their 'booking' or call services, the hotel may lose revenue and may be customers.

This hotel only provides a parking discount, which is misleading based on the package name. Ended up paying extra parking fees. Will choose other hotels with truly free parking in the future. Not booking here again.

This is a great area with lots of shopping options. I highly recommend this HIE location to all of my fellow travelers. So, if you are in the area and needing to just shut down, relax and find some great hospitality in this abrasive world, this is most assuredly the place for you.
