- JBJason BishopOct 17, 20253.0Stayed here numerous weeks at a time. Check in is always a breeze. Staff is EXCELLENT. Rooms are dated however this place has the firmest mattresses ( which I love). Pillows are pretty flat. Like sleeping on couch pillow. Place has 3 ice machines. The only one working is on the 1st floor. (They have been broken for a while. Not good optics) Decent gym but one of the treadmills has been broken for over a month. Good food options around. A bit noisy with the road noise. Breakfast is always perfect. Place has a neat vibe despite the broken stuff. I will still stay here on my future visits. Hopefully the ice machines and treadmill can get fixed.

My family was waiting for check in when a man tried to cut in line, and she allowed him to go ahead of us even though we had been waiting first. Second, oir room key didn't work so we had to move to a different room However, there is a car park option while we will go abroad, that might be the only option that we like this hotel. We'll see after our trip and come back in here. I will update my family's stay after coming back from our trip.

- MAMichael AcostaOct 11, 20251.0The rooms and amenities are worn down and outdated. They have new TVs but can’t even connect to watch a streaming service on them. Also they closed breakfast early and the guy at the front desk tried to gaslight me saying they closed at the time of closing which wasn’t true. I only stayed here because I had a gift card but wouldn’t stay here again. The service is not very good either. Not what you would expect for a 3 star hotel.
