  my husband and I stayed here or 2 days this past weekend for my birthday getaway. From arriving to leaving the staff at this hotel is TOP NOTCH!!!!!!!!!!! Everyone was helpful and kind and lots of SMILES. I got to know Elizabeth Sturm and the General Manager Krista Driver. 2 of the nicest people you would ever want to meet. I got to know Elizabeth a bit, she showed me pics of her kids. She would always have time to chat a bit when I would get coffee or come in for the evening. I am not sure who the gals were that worked there But they also wished me a Happy Birthday!!! I almost cried. I only have a few cousins left in my family, and I so appreciate the kindness this team showed to me and my husband. Talk about a dream team. The young man who worked day shift, was super nice too Dont know his name, but one of the coffee machines quit working. In less than 1 minute he had it working for all the guests So shout out to him too. The hotel was booked out. Lots of sporting events going on in town, but this team just took it all in stride. The rooms were beautiful, and super clean. The hotel was clean all over!!!! We will be staying there again.......Thank you all to Express team you helped to make my birthday perfect!!! Holiday Inn should be very proud of you I am!!!! Thank you Elinor Benne

  ’m always about good service, I’m very tired, trying to rest and get comfortable I got Uber Eats to delivery to my room and they don’t aloud uber eat to bring it at the room, is very uncomfortable service. I never have this on any other hotel. Plus TV control for the room was no working. Manager don’t put efforts on making clients happy at least when you pay for room to rest when you have very hard day, If hotel don’t aloud Ubers eat bring it to the room for x reason . hotel should have someone bring it to the client. Or at least sign on the front said we don’t aloud Ubers eat to your room. They should check every tv because the room I stay was not working I call receptionist and the answers was unplug the tv and turn it on, I did it works But the right way is send someone immediately to fix it. Is very uncomfortable doing job for them. Is not client job fixing things at the room.

  This hotel is very pleasant and the staff is great, it’s right by the walking path and the butterfly preserve out of the back which is super nice even though I was there in the winter. Tristan was wonderful at the front desk and let us set up in the lobby to do the florals for a wedding I was attending. All the staff was great and Tristan really made the experience wonderful! Would stay again for sure!

  This is my first night staying here, I am staying a week so I may add to this review but I feel it is very important to share THIS HOTEL HAS FANTASTIC SHOWER WATER PRESSURE! For those who travel for work, you know the struggle of hotels having no water pressure and feeling like you cant get all the shampoo out of your hair. You won't have that problem here! Other points, bed is soft, ac/heat has the option for fan always on, nice staff, close to target. 10/10
