  I am super unhappy with my stay. I called ahead of booking this room and asked specifically how late the hot tub was open. I was told over the phone it was open all night. "24 hours" she said. I went to target and PURCHASED SWIM WEAR because I wasn't planning on staying when i set out this morning. We get to the hotel and asked "where is the hot tub?" The front desk idiot said it was on the 1st floor mid way down. We get dressed. Set out to find the hot tub and couldn't find it. Go back to the front desk and she then says that they dont have one?!?! This is the whole reason I BOOKED this particular hotel 🙄 what kind of hotel doesnt have a hot tub? Its a pretty standard amenity. This place is a joke. The lady straight up lied. I will NEVER stay here again. The room is ridiculously small, uncomfortable bed and zero hospitality. NOT WORTH THE $125 TO STAY HERE. I COULD HAVE PAID LESS FOR A BETTER HOTEL. DEFINITELY BUYER BEWARE. DONT WASTE YOUR $$!

  Nice & clean, no clue why it's 2 star rated. The AC in our room wouldn't stay on, that was our only issue so I gave it to stars instead of 5.

  Very affordable and conveniently located on the highway. The front desk people are always vey helpful with any soecial needs. Crisp clean bedding, and comfy pillows are always welcome at the end of a long day driving. The breakfast is consistently good and few great restaurants are within walking distance. What more do you need?

  Stayed for the first time having stayed multiple times in twin falls. Staff was very friendly. Area was convenient to dinning, breakfast was a great bonus. Room was clean and well decorated. Only negative was the smoke detector was above the bed and the light was bright. Not enough to make us not stay again. Definitely a place to return when traveling through again.
