The hotel itself is well maintained, quiet, and conveniently located, making it a great place to relax after a long day. The front desk host, Becky, was absolutely wonderful—friendly and professional. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and made me feel right at home. It’s rare to find that level of customer service, and she represents the hotel incredibly well. The housekeeping staff also deserves high praise. The rooms were spotless, fresh, and clearly well cared for. A special thank you to Maria G for her hard work and attention to detail—she did an excellent job and it did not go unnoticed. Overall, this Holiday Inn exceeded expectations in every way. I will definitely be staying here again and will highly recommend it to my friends, colleagues and anyone visiting Twin Falls.
