When I visit twin falls this is usually where my kids and I stay. The last time had been almost a year ago. Well a year ago the hot tub jets weren’t working, sucked but wasn’t a huge deal. Fast forward to last weekend and I booked here again thinking they’d have them fixed by now. WRONG! The lady at the counter also lied and said they worked at check in. The pool room was freezing cold, the pool was even colder, my kids were shivering after a few minutes and just ended up playing in the tiny jet-less hot tub. I asked the front counter if they could turn some heat on, she said she can flip the breaker but that doesn’t always work, it didn’t. I won’t be staying here again.
