- CWCindy WardripMar 8, 20265.0Great stay for 3 nights...if you want a quiet room at end of hall 3rd floor room 302. No one one one side. We did Thousand Springs Scenic by-way about 60 miles...lots to see lots of stops. Craters of the Moon was over an hour lots to explore. Only thing I can complain about is the bed was too soft. Mari, front desk gal was very helpful n sweet.

- TTTy TraphagenFeb 25, 20265.0Aight, so my sister and I were traveling across the country. We were getting tired, and wanted to find a hotel with a hot tub that was still open pretty late. Boom, this place pops up. So we roll up without a reservation. The women at the front desk were super nice, and got us checked in efficiently. The room was clean and really nice! We were advised about the issue with the hot tub jets at check-in, but that didn't matter to us--we just wanted to soak after 14 hours on the road. The pool was cold, but we didn't care. Breakfast was pretty darn good. And we got a great deal through the IHG app for the room. We had zero complaints!

- LBLarry BoyerFeb 18, 20261.0I was lied to over the phone when I ask if there was restaurant and bar in the hotel. They told me over the phone that there was both located in the hotel. I checked in and dropped my stuff off in the room, did not sit or touch the beds or anything. Went down to eat because I’m in town for business and need to use laptop and phone. Could not find restaurant so asked lady at front desk and she stated they did not have one. I asked if I could get refund so I could go else where that does have restaurant. She stated she would have to charge me because I checked in already even though I just got here and went back down to eat. Not happy about being lied to and then don’t want to refund money to go else where!!! Would not recommend just for the fact they are not up front and honest about the amenities they offer and won’t reimburse after lying to you about it.
