  Check in was fine. Staff for check in and breakfast was not overly friendly by any means. Room was clean. My biggest issue was the fact that the sofa bed was not made nor was there Linens in the room for it. I had to call down to front desk to ask for some and they told me they would look for them but I had to come down and get them myself. We were already ready for bed so we had to change and go down and get them. Where we waited for quite some time because they couldn't even find a pillow for us. I let them know when I checked out the issues that I had and they just said they would make a note in my reservations for next time. That did not solve my issues for this time. I feel like if you're paying over $100 for a room you shouldn't have to track down Linens and make the bed yourself.

  This is a solid choice for a hotel in Twin Falls. I usually stay at the Fairfield Inn bc of Marriott points. However, this hotel provides the same type of room and just as good of breakfast for 1/2 the price.

  This is a very good hotel, especially for the price and for a small city like Twin Falls. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall it was a great value. What really stood out was the front desk agent, Goldy. She truly went above and beyond her responsibilities. She was extremely kind, professional, and genuinely cared about the guests. I am an elite member with several hotel brands and travel often, but I have never experienced this level of care and professionalism from a front desk employee before. Goldy is a huge asset to this hotel. Breakfast was also very good. I appreciated the freshness. The hot boiled eggs and scrambled eggs tasted fresh, which is something I do not always find at other hotels. Thank you to Goldy and Best Western Twin Falls for a great stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

  The breakfast options were phenomenal—there were so many choices, I honestly couldn’t believe it. We came down around 9 a.m., and the only thing I would note is that one of the hot food options (I had eggs and sausage) wasn’t very hot. However, the machine that offered espresso instead of just regular coffee was an extremely pleasant surprise. The rooms were nice overall. The bathroom we had was a bit tight—you had to stand to the side of the toilet just to close the door—but the beds were comfortable, and the large fridge was a great bonus. I would definitely stay there again. The price wasn’t bad either; we paid $133 for the night.
